The swimming pool needed more steps.

It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the town and near to the beach.

We had difficulty finding the hotel because it is above the road and there is no sign visible from the driver's car window. It is up a very steep access drive which merges with the main road at a very sharp angle and was driven past repeatedly. Unloading suitcases was a challenge, parked on such a steep road.

Great room in a wonderful architect designed building. It is very impressive to achieve what it does in the space and with such style.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location to explore elounda. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and the facilities were all clean and modern. We had a junior suite which was a great size. Despite it being a small hotel and pool, the pool and restaurant area were nice and quiet to relax in.

Wow, what an absolutely incredible hotel! We spent 5 days here and we didn’t want to leave. It is a tranquil oasis that is luxurious, every detail is thought of and the staff couldn’t have done any more to make us feel comfortable. It was clean, peaceful and there was so much space and privacy to really be able to relax. Additionally, it was my girlfriends birthday and they provided a stunning birthday cake and made it so special for her. I really couldn’t have asked for more and also as an LGBTQ+ couple I couldn’t recommend it more, we felt so safe and accepted. I couldn’t fault a thing, thank you for the best trip and I’m sure we will be back.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating my special dietary restrictions with beautiful and tasty breakfast. The room was spacious and cozy. The atmosphere in general was quite and relaxing.

Nothing (Elounda is not a touristy beach resort and so I wasn't expecting views onto sandy beaches, and it's just one street away from the sea)

This was a really special place to stay. I liked that it was both high end and I felt very cared for, whilst my space was still respected. I like to have fresh croissants for breakfast and they were able to sort this and other personalised requests. I liked that I could just ask for my preferences, they actually wanted to know! It is a family that runs this place and you can really tell.

Nothing. They have achieved perfection!

Literally everything. It was amazing. The hosts were the nicest people i had ever met. The hotel was amazing and so gorgeous. The service and the food were great. Probably the best vacation i’ve ever been on, just because of them. They single handily made our vacation incredibly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I’m definitely going back there.
