The bathroom had a strange smell, the lock of the door was broken and would only lock after a big struggle, so didn't feel very safe

Great location, the room had an amazing view, it was very large and comfy and very warm which was great since it was pouring rain outside. The staff were incredible polite and helpful, the breakfast was great, really appreciated the choices and some local options. Definitely will come again

The shower wasn’t working properly

Everything! Spacious room with a comfortable bed, nice balcony and an absolutely incredible view. Breakfast was included and was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lonny and pool were also nice. Good location on the edge of town

Breakfast could have been a little bit better. It felt a bit weird that the breakfast area shared the room with the pool. Parking can be a bit tricky, but this applied to pretty much all the places in the area.

Spacious room with a fantastic view of the nearby mountains. Area was quiet, and if managed carefully, a parking spot could usually be found in front of the hotel. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The whole place felt clean and well organized.

Street parking in this area was quite challenging.

The room was clean, large and immaculate. Best of all, the air conditioning was more than adequate, a blessing during a very hot period. Finally, the breakfast was first rate.

We really wanted to rate this hotel as excellant but the only thing that we felt let the hotel down was the shower that is over/inside the bath which has a very curved bottom making it both slippery and dangerous to get in and out of. There is also no high level hook to hang the shower head on whilst showering, or handle to hold whilst entering/exiting. For young fit people this wouldn’t be a problem but for pensioners like ourselves, avoiding falls is increasingly important.

The bedroom was very large & spotlessly clean, with an amazingly large & comfortable bed. The view from the balcony extending to Delphi and beyond was amazing and a 5-10minute walk through the quiet backstreets takes you to the centre of Arachova. The quiet location suited us perfectly. The entrance and reception area are spacious and very welcoming, and the modern ultra-spacious lift to all floors would accommodate a family of 5 with their luggage and probably the entire Olympiakos football team too! But as great as all of the above was, the welcome and kindness of Cristophoros surpassed everything. He is the sort of chap you wish every hotel had to welcome, help and inform you! He was a delight!

We had a great stay, but I wish there were an espresso machine at breakfast because there was just one type of coffee that is a sort of americano.

Very nice and clean hotel. The decoration is classical but it's all very tidy and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and bright. The staff was very nice as well.
