There was no hot water in the room, like at all. If you took a shower at the right time when nobody wanted to (early afternoon), you could get warm water, but not hot. If you tried showering in the evening, it was lukewarm at best, but sometimes I was cold in the shower with the hottest setting possible. This is totally unacceptable and inexcusable at this level, and prevents the rating from being a 10. Also drains in the room hat a bit of a smell, which was not a dealbreaker but noticable.

Food was amazing including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks inbetween. We were premium all inclusive, meaning everything was included except a very few special coctails - and all of the food was just really good, and a lot of choice. Location was great, this is not a huge resort, the beach is close to the rooms, as are the restaurants and other facilities. Staff was super nice and very helpful, they really do everything so guests have a great time. They provided excellent customer service, and Katerina is a gem! The room was clean and nice, the private pool attached to our room was also clean and very comfy. Sunbeds on the beach were super cozy and comfortable, and there were more than or just enough most of the time. Property is very well maintained and just looks nice.

Room had bad smells: air conditioner, sink and a very strange smell coming from the mini fridge. We had all inclusive and the food is definitely not what we expect from a 5* hotel. lunch options are mediocre. the dinner buffet is average in quality. The towels in the bedroom are pretty bad. Basically, we had a good time but it all felt very 4*.

Pool in the room was great. Breakfast was very good. Property is large but convenient with kids.

Not a dislike, more how can you improve even more. We paid for fully all inclusive package so it would be nice if it were possible to have access to crisps, water and soft drinks throughout the day. All inclusive has included this is most other 4/5 star European resorts we have stayed in. I travelled with my 16yo daughter and she would have appreciated more animation options tailored to her age group - a nice way to break the ice with other travellers the same age, and give them some fun things to do away from the parents during the day. She enjoyed what she could in the current animation timetable, but would have loved it even more had her age demographic been catered for specifically.

We picked this property based off the aesthetic pictures we saw on the net and precious traveller reviews. We had high expectations before arriving and we were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, the friendly and attentive staff gave us the warmest welcome and were always on hand to help us with any need. We especially loved the beach front location and how easy it was to relax.

If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the addition of more ramps and accessible paths around the resort. Navigating with a stroller was sometimes a bit tricky, so having better accessibility would make the experience even more convenient for families with young children or guests with mobility needs.

We recently returned from a 10 days-long stay at this beautiful resort, and I can honestly say it was the perfect destination for a family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The resort itself is stunning – clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and we never found ourselves short on things to do. A special mention must go to the animation team – they were absolutely fantastic! Their energy, creativity, and genuine care for the children made every day exciting. Our kids couldn’t wait to join the daily activities and mini disco in the evenings – it was a real highlight of the trip. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Every meal felt like a treat, not only because of the delicious variety of food, but also because of the warm and professional service. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. This resort truly exceeded our expectations. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return year after year. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in beautiful Crete!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! When we first arrived we felt a little out of place but we were immediately greeted with a smile and were made to feel very welcomed and at home. We couldn’t have asked for any better treatment from all of the staff whether this was from reception, waitresses/waiters to housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel for anyone thinking about it. Also as an addition, Hazel in the restaurant area was super helpful when it came to my food intolerances and I really appreciated her checking in her being available for any of my questions

There was a problem with the sewage system, which resulted in a bit of a smell in certain areas of the hotel.

We were there with our adult daughters, their husbands and our 18 month old grandson. The hotel was ideal for us, as the main pool is superb for adults, while the kiddies club has its own pool for the little ones. There were lots of activities and my wife enjoyed the yoga, stretching and aqua gym. We were on the all inclusive package, which I would really recommend as it includes most cocktails and a wide selection of wines.

food for breakfast/dinner could be better I think. For breakfast it was always the same and by the end of the week I was tired of the options. Desserts were rather lame (except for baklava - it was scrumptious!), all other were very primitive and perharps simply defrosted most of touristic attractions are quite far away the touristic boulevard is a ~10min walk, consists of cafes and souvenirs shops. To get to the street you have to cross a highway with rather active traffic and no crosswalk nearby

The hotel staff could not do enough for us. We had a wonderful welcome. The hotel is clean and has a luxurious feel to it. The food was of a high quality and a huge variety catering to all tastes and diets. We had a fabulous time and were even treated to an upgrade due to our anniversary.

Mattress was awful (never had such a bad experience before in my 20 years of traveling) ...and the towels had a very bad smile ( like they weren't clean properly). Same thing i noticed with the glasses from restaurant... So cleaning is an issue for me. This hotel its not a 5 star hotel for sure. More as a 4 star.

I didn't like the fact that with the HB offer we had to pay for the still water... I know HB has its rules, but still water should be always free of charge (in fact, in some restaurants on Crete it is free of charge, and it doesn't have to be a fancy place).

Friendly and helpful staff (all of them). The beach is really nice, the pool as well. The food was tasty and there was something new every day. We also got a better room without an extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise.

There is sensor in the room that checks for movement in order to activate the electricity. After 10 monutes it shuts down. For us with a young baby, this meant we had to stay in the room and could nit sit on our balcony undisturbed. I did not appreciate how it was dealt with, we were told to leave window open so that the curtain would activate sensor. OFCOURSE THIS DOESNT WORK! When doing a written review on app, I got a call within the hour that they all of a sudden actually have a solution (extension cord from socket of fridge). Clearly, a WTF moment why nit offer that the night before?! This however again technically didnt work and waited 2 days for them to fix and they never came back to us.

Not clean enough. Hair everywhere on the stairs and in the room. Some things were updated and needed some fixing. Also the pool towels were not clean enough even if we changed them daily. Also I was very turned down by the mini club (this is one of the things I was looking for being alone with 2 kids). No real activities and the only girl taking ‘care’ of the kids speaker mainly German and clearly preferred German kids. Not happy at all with that. Activities for grown ups were great and full of energy thanks to Olga and Dimitris!

When we arrived we were weLcomed Like kings and queens! Fresh towels and drinks! Heavenly! It was a very good first impression! And we felt at home! The rooms were very nice and quiet and easy to access with the stroller! The buffet was incredible and the staff was AMAZING! All So sweet with my kids and the food was different every night! We LOVED the bread: freshly made and tasted delicious! Also the ladies at the pool bar Cristina and Hara were the cherry on the cake! So sweet and professional! My girls and I fell in love with them and we miss them a lot!!! Pool is spectacular and the beach is mainly sandy which was good for the kids!!! Loved the iced cappuccino and the kids menu!!!

The towel changing scheme doesn’t work well. You only have 2 hours in the middle of the day (16:00-18:00) to change them. Would be a lot easier if we could do it in the rooms or on a much wider time window.

Hotel premises were new and well maintained. The rooms had all the amenities needed without being unnecessarily equipped.
