Quality fixtures throughout Electronic blackout blinds throughout the apartment Great kitchen facilities with large family size fridge and freezer Spacious shower and entire bathroom Host promptly responded to all queries Host was great with recommendation of places to see and things to do. Booklet provided in apartment show cast the best of Chalkida’s sights. Balconies were another nice touch. Quality air conditioning throughout entire apartment including bathroom.

Nothing bad about it. One improvement could be to consider entrance with security codes rather than keys.

Perfect room. Located at a quiet area, only 1,5 km away from the center of Chalkida. Comfortable, modern, clean and very warm. Even though the weather was cold outside, inside the room the temperature was ideal! The bed was also extremely comfortable. The view also from the living room was pleasant. I only stayed for 2 nights, but it is a room fully equipped making it an excellent choice for someone that would like to spend longer periods of time.

You definitely need a car. There is a bakery within a walking distance, but for more supplies, a car is needed

Nothing really! Everything was just perfect. I couldn't turn on the air conditioning but it was my own fault. The instructions were very good but the light on the air conditioner just kept on blinking and nothing happened.

I'm extremely happy with my stay at Elia Luxury Residence. I liked everything, the view, the facilities, the bedroom etc. It is a modern style house with multiple apartments. I booked a double bedroom apartment and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to future guests.

Everything was fantastic! The property is modern, clean, comfortable and at a great location. Great facilities, especially the bathroom. It’s rare in Greece to get a decent shower. This bathroom was very nice. Also individual heating/cooling in every room. Nice balcony.

The location is perfect and it has panorama view from the balcony. Very safe area and very convenient when you have small children. Excellent communication with the owners before and during our stay. The room is modern and very clean. Very easy to park your car also. Totally recommended

We stayed only for one night on our way to home. We had a wonderful stay. We felt spoiled by all the luxuries in the flat. Specially the silents, the shower and wonderful bed. We will definitly stay here again. Thanks for your hospitalty.
