You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandWe had and end balcony beside the stairs and walkway with very little privacy as it was right beside reception and the exit gate to the stairs but we still used the hot tub which was a lovely much needed cool tempeture for short while.
The location was fantastic right in the heart of Fira. The air-conditioning worked amazing. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was great. We we were left a lovely bottle of wine and some water, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We enjoyed some cold wine in the cool hotub with amazing caldera views. We slept very soundly and heard no noise in our room.

CanadaEverything is perfect except note that the hot tub is not entirely private, meaning that guests from other suites need to pass in front of your place to get to theirs.
This place is amazingly located and the view is breathtaking. I did prefer Immerovigli for the sunset but having a private sunset view from your place is even better.

United StatesProperty is directly below a wonderful restaurant, so the noise in the evening may get a little loud but it doesn’t in any way disturb the otherwise serene location and view from this amazing hotel.
An absolutely fantastic property. Out of this world view from the patio area of beautiful Santorini. Located in the city center of Fira, you are right were all the action, shopping and dining spots are and just a 5 minute walk to the central bus station for easy transportation around the island. The accommodations were the best, beautiful furnishings and wonderful shower area. The hotel manager, Jenny made my stay unforgettable and assisted me with arranging excursions that exceeded my expectations. She is by far, the best attribute of Elia Caldera Suites and there are so many to mention. Best vacation ever. Thanks Jenny.

FranceWithout a doubt the best place to stay in Santorini, in the heart of Fira, the view from the terrace of the room is priceless, it is simply impressive, the jacuzzi with hydromassage was incredible, we saw the sunsets from the jacuzzi, it looks like something out of a movie. Jenny is an excellent host, very friendly and fun, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Simply wonderful, we will definitely return. 1000/10

United KingdomWe stayed in apartment 1 and it could have benefitted from a parasol or sunshade on the patio.
Fabulous location, very peaceful but right in the centre of town. Rooms and hot tubs were cleaned daily and the bottle of wine and daily fresh water was an added bonus.
