Spotlessly clean premises with lovely garden area; spacious studio with two balcony areas; excellent kitchen with very good crockery and utensils; lovely staff and plenty of personal touches such as welcome fruit and wine in the room, good quality toiletries and lovely departure gifts from Elena.

A short walk from the beach restaurants, very clean, nice balcony, good aircon, lovely hosts, easy parking.

We were welcomed by a very hospitable and friendly host. Our apartment was part of a larger complex consisting of more than ten units. The accommodation was located close to the village center, near the main points of interest (bus stop, bakery, restaurants, beach, and store). The apartment was simple but equipped with everything you might need. They even provide beach towels and sun umbrellas. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day, and the staff were very efficient—I never once saw the housekeeper in our room. Ambience around the apartment was very beautiful and well-maintained.

Wi-fi didn't work well and it was occasionally noisy because the reception was nearby and we could also hear every time guests next door open the window or move a chair in their room.

The apartment had everything I needed for a perfect summer holiday, clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and Elena, Sefi, and Spyros went above and beyond, bringing me medicine, food, and checking in on me often. Truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect

Very clean, cute and well located studios in proximity to beach, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful, providing good tips for the island, and also providing with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for the beach. This turned out to be very handy as it was not always guaranteed that one could find umbrellas on the beach. We really recommend Elena studios!!

It was really amazing time staying in this apartment hotel - the location is fabulous, and you can walk to reach stores and also nice restaurants. The room was really clean and also hotel provided a lot of great staff like umbrella, chairs etc. Really nice people! Highly recommended!

The manager was extremely helpful, flexible, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed during our stay.

Nothing, the whole property was beautiful.

Very comfortable, spacious room, with fresh towels daily. Welcome gifts of local wine,fresh fruit, orange juice,water and coffee pods were a lovely touch. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Piso Livadi is a small resort with plenty of great places to eat and a nice sandy beach.

The studios were exceptionally clean and well situated. Elena and Spiros are extremely helpful and assist with anything you might need.

We had a lovely spacious one bed studio with a lovely large terrace with a view of the garden and sea. Very helpful staff when we needed to sort anything. Good location - only a short walk from the centre of Pisa Livadi which has a good choice of tavernas and a small mini market and bakery.

We hadn’t expected there to be so many steps up to the reception and accommodation - it could have been made clearer on the information provided about the property. A few more mosquito screens to windows would have been good . Some road noise but to be expected given the location.

We really liked the size of the room, we also had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, basic bathroom amenities and hairdryer...) and Spiros made sure we were having a nice stay. We were also thrilled to have a couple of neighbour cats as our daily visitors! Piso Livadi is a nice, quiet area to stay :)

The room style is not very modern but that wasn't important to us. The beds could be a little more comfy.

Location was perfect . Near restaurants and 5minute drive to a supermarket and beach.

I would have liked a safe in the room for passports and valuables.
