Wi-fi didn't work well and it was occasionally noisy because the reception was nearby and we could also hear every time guests next door open the window or move a chair in their room.

We were welcomed by a very hospitable and friendly host. Our apartment was part of a larger complex consisting of more than ten units. The accommodation was located close to the village center, near the main points of interest (bus stop, bakery, restaurants, beach, and store). The apartment was simple but equipped with everything you might need. They even provide beach towels and sun umbrellas. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day, and the staff were very efficient—I never once saw the housekeeper in our room. Ambience around the apartment was very beautiful and well-maintained.

Everything was perfect

The apartment had everything I needed for a perfect summer holiday, clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and Elena, Sefi, and Spyros went above and beyond, bringing me medicine, food, and checking in on me often. Truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

Very clean, cute and well located studios in proximity to beach, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful, providing good tips for the island, and also providing with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for the beach. This turned out to be very handy as it was not always guaranteed that one could find umbrellas on the beach. We really recommend Elena studios!!

It was really amazing time staying in this apartment hotel - the location is fabulous, and you can walk to reach stores and also nice restaurants. The room was really clean and also hotel provided a lot of great staff like umbrella, chairs etc. Really nice people! Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very comfortable, spacious room, with fresh towels daily. Welcome gifts of local wine,fresh fruit, orange juice,water and coffee pods were a lovely touch. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Piso Livadi is a small resort with plenty of great places to eat and a nice sandy beach.

We hadn’t expected there to be so many steps up to the reception and accommodation - it could have been made clearer on the information provided about the property. A few more mosquito screens to windows would have been good . Some road noise but to be expected given the location.

We had a lovely spacious one bed studio with a lovely large terrace with a view of the garden and sea. Very helpful staff when we needed to sort anything. Good location - only a short walk from the centre of Pisa Livadi which has a good choice of tavernas and a small mini market and bakery.

The room style is not very modern but that wasn't important to us. The beds could be a little more comfy.

We really liked the size of the room, we also had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, basic bathroom amenities and hairdryer...) and Spiros made sure we were having a nice stay. We were also thrilled to have a couple of neighbour cats as our daily visitors! Piso Livadi is a nice, quiet area to stay :)

A lot of stairs… albeit the views are great.

Well maintained property in a wonderful location walkable to a nice beach and some great restaurants. Perfectly lively at night, never busy during the day location. The hosts were also so gracious and kind.

The people from the accommodation were very friendly and helpful! We felt welcome right away. The apartment was comfortable, cleaned everyday, beds were good and the views from our room were amazing. Overall we had a great experience and would 100% recommend.

Location was excellent, close to beautiful beaches and a 3 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Staff were excellent and absolutely lovely. Super accommodating and helpful. Extra things like the laundry service and free beach hire were spectacular. The room was beautiful, super clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Value for money was outstanding, could not recommend more!!
