It sounds cliché, but there was really nothing to moan about! Stella is an excellent host!

The house is a dream! It is three steps from the beautiful beach. The owner provides umbrellas and sunbeds for free! She is also extremely helpful and gave us tips for food and day trips. The room was extremely clean, big and cool. The terrace is always in the shade (we had a room on the ground floor) and the area is so quite and pleasant. We are definitely coming back here!

The room was beautiful and practical, it had everything we needed. It was right on the beach and the hotel provided chairs we could take with us. The surroundings where very elegant and taken care of. Stella was a wonderful host and forthcoming with useful information. Konstantina who cleaned our room was also wonderful and accommodating. We definitely recommend it.

Excellent location facing a beautiful blue flag beach. Easy access to town and tavernas down the beach. Nicely appointed interior and great traditional Mani architecture. The terrace was lovely as well as we spent most of our time outside.

The property is beautiful and right on a great section of Mavrovouni beach. Our host Stella was so hospitable and helpfully shared recommendations for our stay. The room was spacious and our balcony was the perfect place to relax after a swim. We only spent two nights here, but we wanted to stay longer!

We spent an amazing week at Elaianthos. This is newly built, fresh building, super stylish and tasteful. The apartments were really comfortable, spacious and sparkling clean. The location is perfect for a quiet summer vacation - the beach is right in front, and at the same time the house is a bit off beat and therefore really quiet and calm at night. Peloponnesus is so beautiful, there is so much to see and experience in just 30 mins or an hour and Elaianthos is a perfect starting point. Last but definitely not least, Stella was a brilliant host, she gave us so many tips, welcomed us with local sweets, and her attention to detail is unmatched. We would love to come back!

The house is new made in old style, beautiful rooms, right on the beach. So you can walk out and swim at any time. The owners are super friendly. I would recommend this property for relaxing summer holidays on the beach.

Very nice well decorated large room with a superb unobstructed view of the sea right in front of the property. Quiet area with parking, close to supermarket and restaurants with sunbeds (walking distance). The rooms were clean and everything needed is provided in the small kitchen (including a box of fresh sweets as a welcoming gift!). The owner was a great host, enquiring daily about our stay and possible needs. The perfect stay!

No coffee or tea making ability. The nicest places we have stayed in 3 months in the EU provide at least 1 days worth of coffee tea and small UHT milk hence the 9 rather than 10 rating.

What can I say, the first moment you arrive Stella and her son were extremely welcoming, accommodating, and full of warmth, which made the stay extra special. The setting is wonderful and convenient for Gythio, whilst being peaceful.

Right from the start, Maria and Stella were incredible hosts. They made sure we could find the hotel and had everything we needed once we got to the hotel. They even gave us local treats and wine. They also gave us great food recommendations. This hotel is a stunning view, right on the water. We felt right at home. We were here for our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was close to,the beach, practically on it. It was very cozy and had a wonderful bed, well stocked kitchen and good wifi. I was a treat to go to sleep and hear the lapping of the waves. An added plus was waking up and having breakfast on the outside deck. Stella and her daughter took great care of us when we were there. We were given. welcome gift of Diples a wonderful pastry treat with honey. The property was outside Gytheio so it was quiet , but not too far to drive in

The location was further away from Gytheio than expected, hard to find and quite isolated; the beach was quite ordinary. You need a car to access this property.

A modern take on traditional Mani architecture, the room had a lovely verandah and comfortable facilities. The owners were warm, friendly and welcoming.
