Our room was right below the roof bar, so there was quite a lot of noise from the chairs moving above us. In general, mornings and nights could be noisy as the rooms are not very soundproof. Also, some extra storage space in the room would be helpful.

The location was perfect, with free parking nearby. The rooms were nice and comfortable, even if a bit small. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel also has a roof bar with a lovely view, and the breakfast was decent.

The room was without any view, so no natural light, which I knew when i was booking it and it was not a problem at all for me as I was only sleeping there, and out all days.

The location was perfect, a little bit hard to find at first, close to the city centre and bus station. The room was big with big enough bathroom, clean. Breakfast was basic but just right, everything you need was there, sweet and savory very good coffee.

The pillows were a bit too tall and hard, the AC was a bit unpredictable and it was a bit loud where we stayed (room #1) because you could hear everything going on in the reception

They upgraded us to the balcony room on the 3rd floor. The rooftop bar was so noisy until 1 am every night. All we heard was chairs moving and were unable to sleep because of it. Do not let them upgrade your room to the top level. It is not an upgrade!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to check in an hour before normal check-in time, because the room was already ready. Very beautiful hotel, clean environment and excellent location. Also got a lovely rooftop bar, with the best cocktails. One of our best hotel experiences as a couple! Would definitely recommend, and we would love to stay there the next time we visit Chania!

The bed was not very comfy

Room was descent, breakfast was nice - liked the espresso machine and the different cheeses and pastries! Location was perfect!

The room we had was a double and there was limited storage space for belongings and around the bed. I know that not all rooms are like this. A small ramp at the entrance would be helpful for suitcases. Parking could be an issue for some.

We were extremely happy with the El Greco. The room was modern, clean and had a wonderful bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was quite varied but needed more fresh fruit. The roof top bar had a spectacular view and the location was perfect. The hotel was in a lovely street that is in the old town but still far enough away from the crowds. There are many bars and restaurants close by and it’s also very close to the waterfront. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A bonus is having a lift in an old town building.

unfortunately the room was directly beneath the roof bar which we were not informed of, the noise came from the furniture being move about it went on all evening the could do with soundproofing.

Soundproofing in the room was poor. There's a rooftop bar that comes with a lot of noise, so we could hear people talking and partying until 2am one day (we stayed on the 3rd floor, directly below the rooftop). Especially when they came down the staircase, even though our room was the farthest from it. The AC was also surprisingly loud.

The location is spot on, right in the center of the old town, yet it's a quiet and friendly street. The staff was nice and the breakfast was also good. The hotel is modern and clean.
