The rooms could be doing with a touch up our shower didnt have a screen and no hairdryer also no facilities to shower or place luggage post check out and even allthough 24hr checkin and concierge no water in room to drink even thougj tea and coffee making avilable

The hotel could use a better cleaning, but for the price I paeyd it was alright.

This was a good stay in a two star hotel! Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull and the hotel was in a perfect location! There is a small beach where you can go swimming just outside the hotel. Room was big enough for a five night stay, my friends stayed in a room that had a balcony to the ocean, next time would definitely choose a room like that!

The breakfast choice was limited to, especially if you were staying for a longer period of time.

The toilet flush button didn’t work. Rooms need renovation, but it is still good for such a price and location

We had a property with a sew view, which was amazing, however a little bit noisy at night, due to the traffic (one-way road, not too many transport), as we love sleeping with the sea sound, so we didn’t close the balcony door. The sunrise was unreal! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good - nothing very special, but you’ll find everything you need

The AC in the room was not working properly, the shower had no door - so the water was getting everywhere in the bathroom - and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

The location and the view were amazing, we had a balcony right in front of the sea. The room was fine and the stuff was very friendly. The breakfast had many options but only open until 9h30.

The shower was small and hard to maneuver and the coffee at breakfast was awful - challenging for someone dependent on that morning shot of caffeine.

Perfectly situated to enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains and just minutes from the beach. Great value for the price.

The shower door was broken so it was hard to keep the water inside and we had no hot water on our last day. Not a deal breaker though!

The location is great, walking to everything. Parking is on the street so getting a spot can be a bit of a challenge but there’s a lot close by. We had an ocean front view, it was lovely. The room was serviced every day and nicely!

The facilities were not well maintained, there was no hot water. Breakfast staff was friendly but breakfast quality was below average.

The location is phantastic and the views from the balcony are stunning! A short walk to the port, the beach, the city center. Parking was very easy as well. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

As many other reviews stated that there is a lot of noise coming from the hall and street. We can confirm that there is much noise coming for the rooms next door and the reception.

We enjoyed our stay at El Greco Hotel. The room was good and clean. Even though it is a bit outdated (some things are broken), it is good for a short stay. The receptionists are very kind and welcoming, and are there to answer all of your questions. Free Parking can be found on the street in front of the door.

The fact that there was no shutter to cover the main balcony door from the sun.The shower was missing a base to hold it during shower.The a/c was facing the head of the bed and therefore our heads was very cold and unpleasant.

- There wasn’t a parking but was easy to find a parking spot outside the hotel. - Shower was too small and hasn’t got a door to be closed.

Very welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Breakfast was decent for the price. The Hotel rooms are a bit old but you can see how hotel's tries to renovate some parts of it.

Arrogant person at front desk Poor communication and very unhelpful. Seemed very disinterested not at all like our usual experience with front of house staff. We were made to wait an extended time. Spoilt our experience of Chania as we had to wait so much longer than he had informed us without explanation or apology..
