United KingdomOur room was right outside the laundry bay so a lot of traffic outside the room in the morning when the maids did their rounds, nothing too bad though!
We initially were booked to another hotel and cancelled to come to Eden Roc the day of check in. Eden Roc team facilitated a last minute room booking, greeted us with champagne and settled us down after a rocky first day on the island due to the condition of another hotel we were due to stay at. There were plenty of things to do, places to eat and the people were phenomenal. From the receptionists, to the restaurant and bar staff to the pool/maintenance team they were brilliant and went from saving our holiday to making it one of the most memorable.

Amazing people, paradise view, warm and clean water, nice beach. There were lots of restaurants and bars (also by the beach). The restaurants by the beach gave us the opportunity to have a nice meal, while admiring the incredible view. The waiters and the waitresses were very nice and polite. The people at the reception were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our cleanliness grade for this hotel is 10+. Thank you very much for making us feel like home.

IrelandFabulous resort hotel. The private beach area next to the hotel was amazing, with plenty of loungers available. The food was amazing with plenty of choices at all meal times throughout the various restaurants. Fabulous cocktails and drinks in the bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the bar and reception. Tsampikos in guest relations was very accommodating, he helped us with booking all the dinner restaurants we wanted to visit and checked to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Israel1. Elevators - we were on the 4-th floor and there were issues with elevators almost on the daily basis. 2. Room cleaning is done till very late. We used to come to the room to rest after the lunch around 14:30 and they even didn't start to clean it up few days in row

This was our second stay, i was satisfied with my first experience that’s why i chosed the same hotel again. This time it was good again. Dinner times i couldn’t find main dish for myself generally i ate salads (there was too less beef option compared to pork) Beach barmen and maids are creating a wonderful job, their coctails are awesome and they are working so fast, Mr Alexandros is a very skilled barman, special thanks. Sea and beach was great, we didn’t use pools. i feel safe and cosy at this hotel, customers of this hotel are very nice people in general

IrelandSome of the decor inside the hotel was a bit tired. The rooms were a bit basic but we didn’t spend much time in the bedroom so this really didn’t affect us. The main bar and restaurant areas were lovely though.
The food was excellent in this hotel. There was a choice of 8 restaurants and we got to eat in them all. Each one was nicer than the next. We really enjoyed all the meals here. We stayed for 10 days and never got bored with the food.
