The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and good local tavern. The is a small kitchen in the room, beds are comfortable. Great communication. They brought an iron on request. Recommended.

With a little attention to details it could be a 10 for us. The floor under the beds was not sweeped carefully (but we understand that's difficult because of the bed type). Further more some walls and curtains need some care but it is not that important. Overall the accommodation was very nice and we would visit this place again.

Beautiful and modern room, close to the beach and markets of any kind. The city of Herakleion is only a few kilometres away.

the air conditioning wasn’t working so well to be able to cool down the room fast and the power went out 2 times, but we called the property and they guided us to turn it on, also there were no insect net for the windows but we noticed that there were no mosquitoes this time on the island

it was very modern, the bathroom was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, there were small shops near the apartment, also there was coffee available

It's a lovely place, almost perfect. The only minus is the lack of fresh air, as it isn't possible to open any window and you have to only rely on AC. Other than that everything was great

We stayed one night after landing at Heraklion airport in the evening. Conveniently located close to the airport and being very clean and comfortable, it served our needs perfectly. Self check-in procedure had been explained to us before our arrival and everything went smoothly despite our late check-in. We'll definitely consider staying longer next time :)

I arrived in the evening and good job I wasn’t on my own as couldn’t find the electronic door for access initially then my code to my room didn’t activate and had to wait for the host to reply and provide alternative, these instructions just need to be clearer as not obvious on arrival, do it was a relief I was with friends who could communicate on the phone. The room was perfect for me and everything was clean and provided for a few days stay hot water was intermittent but not major I appreciate it’s solar panels The road noise took some getting used to at night, but on the whole it was a great option for the price and I was safe on my own there. Thank you.

The room is new and super comfortable in a good position not far from Heraklion airport ;the self check in was a great thing as I arrived late with my flight and I had to leave really early , so everything was quick and efficient . I liked the comfort of the room and the quality of the bed ! And everything was super clean . I liked so much that I came back on my way home . Restaurants and bars and supermarkets nearby .

Bright and super clean room with a nice big bathroom and a good shower.I slept perfeclty after a long day spent among airports and flights. There are some tavernas and cafe around and the beach a walk away. So, everything you need!

The lights outside were off so I couldn't figure out how to use the electronic door lock, instructions were not clear enough, and the hosts did not answer the phone. This left me waiting outside at night for half an hour... Eventually other guests came and showed my how to operate the door.

Wonderful stay, close to the beach, view to the sea, smart home lighting, perfectly maintained.

I only booked for one night, but the room exceeded my expectations. Was nothing like the pictures but much better. The room was very large, modern and well equipped. The check in and check out very smooth, just enter a code. Everything was very clean.

The space is very well planned out ,felt spacious and had all we needed without being visually overwhelming. Shower pressure was great. Comfortable bed and overall cosy space upstairs with a nice view through the large window. Found the light switches a bit confusing ,but the lighting itself is brilliant. Quiet location with grocery shops ,bus stops ,cafes and places to eat nearby.
