Drossia Palms Hotel was great . Very clean, comfortable king size bed & good pillows . Staff are fantastic & friendly always smiling & very helpful . Great breakfast & staff went out of their way to get me lactose free milk which was greatly appreciated. Hotel situated just off the main street with great restaurant’s & cafes lots of atmosphere at night . Nisos beach & beach club very close . Old town also walking distance . Highly recommend this wonderful hotel .

Bed mattress was a bit hard and not so comfortable. The breakfast could be more diversified - same offer every morning.

Position of the hotel is excellent (2 min to the beach with all facilities), pool area is fantastic, hotel cleanliness is great, room was sufficient large and renewed will modern style. With few improvements the value for the money could be excellent

Breakfast selection is quite poor, but then they only charge 10 euros. Better to charge 15 for a bit more variety. Public toilets behind the lobby are not lockable?!

Everything is amazing. Such a peaceful haven while right off the main road. Rooms, although a bit tiny, very recently decorated up to a high standard. Pool is fantastic, love the jet spray buttons. Besides the product, the staff are fantastic, especially Kristina.

Oasis in the madness that is Malia. Amazing in every way. We did not eat here but alot of people were and seemed to come back. The strawberry daiquiri is simply amazing and great for a poolside beverage

Very nice family-owned hotel; they are all very friendly. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The swimmingpool and garden are a small paradise. The hotel is very close to the beach (3-minute walk).

No negative comments regarding the hotel. Malia even outside the high season isn’t very charming. There are a few nice spots to eat in Old Malia, but overall, we wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than 3–4 days, especially for those looking for a calm and authentic experience.

We had a very good stay at Drossia Palms. The hotel is located in the center of lively Malia, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and it offers free parking, which was very convenient. Our room was comfortable, clean, and just like the photos, as it had been recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room we had was the veranda suite and we had a beautiful room and hot tub. Some of the room facilities need a bit of updating, the taps were loose and some plug sockets next to the sink were loose. The pool area was lovely too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Drossia hotel! The setting was breathtakingly beautiful, and the atmosphere was so relaxing - it was the perfect retreat for us. The owners' warm hospitality made our Greek Easter truly unforgettable. We were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing us with the Easter candles that we got to use at church - such a lovely touch! The area was a little touristy and no real variety at breakfast. The beach bar was more expensive than the main hotel bar.

Room was a good size albeit a little tired. The pool and bar area was good and the beach was as described, a five minute walk from the main hotel. Very happy with the staff, the breakfast cooked selection could have been hotter

Excellent stay at Drossier Palms. Lovely quiet hotel surprisingly close to the centre of the Malia action. Malia's main strip is a short distance away (3-4 mins) and sufficient that there's no problem with noise at night. It's a 10 min walk to Malia Old town which has 6-8 beautiful tavernas, and is quite a contrast to the pubs/bars on the strip. There are closer traditional tavernas too, so plenty of choice. There's a sandy beach 100m or so from the hotel, plus the option of using their sister hotel on the beach but frankly the beach if jammed with sunbeds down to the water's edge and the pool at Drossier is so nice we only used the beach for a couple of sea swims. Seriously, Drossiers' pool is fab. We end last 2 weeks in sep, and I believe the hotel was full but still plenty of choices of sunbed, cabana, pool-side or on grass. A quiet bar does food til 5 and drinks all day. We didn't take the breakfast option but from what we saw, most did and it looked pretty good. Not really a hotel for kids I'd say, as it feels more geared up for adults/couples, and is definitely not a party hotel. Decent fridge with icebox and basic kitchen ware is helpful in each room. Nice service from the staff - they let us check out super late which was really helpful on our last day. Overall, recommend this.
