The qr code for the room services etc is not working well. For example, one day We didn't want room service but still the woman came...

The staff was very good. The pool also good. Our room (8) was ok, but with a small door to the balcony. We didn't sit there a lot because of the sun.

Everything was outstanding…our expectations were exceeded every single day. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was out of this world. Staff was wonderful and beyond helpful. Fantastic location.

Nothing - it had everything we could have wanted. All the staff were extremely polite and always checking if we had/ needed anything. Rooms cleaned and beds changed every day 👌

Location is superb, pool, view is beautiful with the most comfortable sun beds ever. We loved our stay here. Fantastic bakery and gyros place (Filos) 10min max walk into the town for breakfast/ lunch or dinner. Honestly everything is on your doorstep- will suit all budgets.

It would be good to have a few more shaded areas for breakfast. Overall there wasn’t anything to complain about. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Quiet, spacious, immaculate grounds and pool area. 3 minute walk to main street and 5-10 to sunset viewing restaurants and locations. Helpful staff, gorgeous outlook. Ease of access from road making it easy for transporting luggage. Hotel organised transfers from airport. All too easy.

Breakfast was lovely and delivered to your room daily. The facility and views were beautiful. Pool was great exactly what you need after walking around in the heat.

Room layout was a little different than what we expected. Our daughters bed was in the corner but facing our bed.

We loved the hotel and the outdoor sitting area around the pool. Fabulous views and great staff.

- Lack of power plugs next to the bed. On one side the phone was taking the only plug available. You could not have a phone charger and bedlight connected at the same time - While its close to the bus station, the way to the hotel is upward a hill and difficult if you have more than one bag/luggage per person - The shower was located pretty low so if you are a tall person (> 1.78 m) you will have issues fitting

- Location of the hotel, close enough to the center of Fira that you can walk around without issues. You are even close to the bus station - The rooms are big and comfortable - The hotel staff did everything they could to help us, even when we asked to be the first to be served breakfast as it it starts at 8:00 am and we had to leave by 8:20 am - The pool area has a great view - Close to a minimarket to buy drinks or snacks - Great wifi internet connection, but a bit of bad signal in the pool area - Breakfast was very good and served to your room. 4 different types of breakfast you can choose from.

This place was a dream! The beds were so comfortable, the people were lovely and welcoming and the location and view were perfect. The pool was so nice. Everything was so clean and breakfast was so fantastic! So much variety and fruit. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!

No complaints, doors quite squeaky but this could easily be rectified

Great stay at Dream Island hotel with 4 friends. We share a 2 bedroom apartment with additional bed in living room and it we had more than enough space for 5 women. 1 shower room with separate bathroom and 2 handy little dressing tables in shared areas. Breakfast was brought to the room everyday at our chosen time, always delicious we mainly had omelettes, fruit and croissants. 10 min walk from the town, restaurants, shows and bars. Would highly recommend and exceeded our expectation for the price.

We loved that our room was comfortable, clean with a great view from the courtyard. We loved the lounge chairs and outdoor seating by the pool. Staff is courteous and helpful. Great location close to bus station and shops & restaurants.
