It could be very noisy because of the cars passing by the house.

We chose this property for one night on our way to Kefalonia. We had a very good communication with Panos, the owner. We didn’t meet, but he left us some ice cream, water and a few coffee capsules which were very appreciated. He responded very quickly to any message we sent. The apartment is 15 minutes away by car from Ioannina, an absolutely wonderful city, in a rural area. Parking lot is in the front of the house, bed and the coach are comfortable. I would suggest some curtains or window blinders and some mosquito nets, though.

Sometimes if its cloudy the shower water that comes from solar panels might not be very warm.

It is kids friendly. Host is very nice and welcoming. You have access to a kitchen with everything that you need. It has aircon, TV, wifi. You have 2 comfortable double beds. All amenities seems to be new. Also very clean all around . Parking in front of the house, out of the road .

Nothing not to like, it was all great.

The location is great, within a short walk of a local shop. bakery and cafe. The host was very friendly and helpful and there is private parking. The view from the apartment was great, especially in the morning when the sun came up over the mountain. The facilities in the apartment are great, there was nothing missing at all. Excellent value for money.

Not complaint but a recommendation - maybe some paper towels in the kitchen and possibly an umbrella on the balcony against the strong morning sun. Everything else was perfect!

The apartment is fully equipped, spacious, with easy parking and very friendly hosts. We booked it as it was close to a concert venue we attended and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, the shower was very nice and the host had definitely thought about all the details. Price/value ratio is very good and we had super cute company on the balcony overlooking the garden.

The distance to city is can be a bit of a hassle. Recommended to have a vehicle rented or Mr. Panos can help you out with taxis.

Super nice host and the place was clean and well maintained. New house with all necessary facilities. There is a super market right outside for any groceries or supplies. Mr. Panos was very helpful.

We liked everything and we highly recommend this place. Our host was very polite and nice. The communication with him before our arrival was easy-going. The apartment was very clean and everything was new in it. There was good wi-fi connection, hot water, kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Shop and pizzeria are located nearby. There was a parking place and garden. It was quiet and peaceful place. Very comfortable beds and cushions. Nice decoration and colours in the room. There were protectors against mosquitoes which we appreciated. I would return there with pleasure. Thank you for the good stay! :)

Just as advertised and also confirmed by other guests - clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, friendly, helpful and discreet host. We only spent 1 night but it was exactly what we needed. There is a pizza place very close where we ate in the evening (good and big pizzas) and a coffee shop even closer. There is also a market nearby.
