Wasn’t an issue to us but some other boathouses had sun loungers to use.

Amazing condition and views. Spacious with places to relax and watch the sun set downstairs and on the deck above. Able to swim right outside with a good taverna close by for breakfast and dinner. No dedicated car park but there are plenty of public parks near by and we never had an issue finding a park. Quiet area in the morning and during the day with only a few people coming around for photos, more at sunset but not annoying at all.

The only thing that we found a bit wierd was the people walking by constantly gawking in, and taking photos while you’re sitting there! Lots of instagram folk doing shoots out the front. 😆 BUT we did read about this prior to booking and given we were only there for four days, it was ok! Worth it. And a good giggle.

Loved our stay, very unique! Location was amazing, loved staying in Klima. Liked having coffee available at the restaurant next door (no coffee provided at the property but did have facilities), loved the little yellow store and the jetty to swim. The view is amazing from the bedroom and we loved every bit of our stay. Would recommend for a unique stay! Also loved the interior furnishings, very tastefully done!

Instagram has taken over this area so sadly even in October you become the subject of Instagrams all over the globe. People in droves come past the property whilst you’re lounging inside and photograph you and any cats you may have adopted. If you book this place thinking that you will be alone, sipping wine watching the sunset from your Syrma I would think again. Cruise boats jostling for front place come by filled with people snapping away your privacy. Sadly this paradise is not controlled so that people can photograph near the restaurant and not be allowed in front of the private accommodation. It’s expensive so just wanted to give a heads up to anyone planning a romantic get a way!! We Always find a way to have fun so this we did :)

If carrying checked luggage, may be difficult to transport to the boathouse - pack light and what you need beforehand! There are some mosquitos and other bugs to be aware of but the boathouse provided insect repellent!

Amazingly accommodating hostess Antonia. Helped facilitate my engagement proposal on this beautiful balcony. Worked within a range of budgets and included a personal gift! Certainly a unique stay as a tourist attraction for others to admire. Privacy was respected. Looking forward to revisit this gem in the future! Reading other reviews, I agree the sentiment that this place deserves a 6/5.

upgrade in furniture, equipment and bathrooms... other places were more remodeled with a contemporary feel, where this one felt a little outdated, but it seems like that was the vibe they were going for

there is a great number of visitors not living in the houses passing by your area of privacy. I suggest to place at the beginning of houses line an announcement that the area is privat and limit the number of people who pass you very closely when you sit in the first floor.

Our stay was an absolute dream. The most perfect location. The host was so accommodating and helpful. She encouraged us to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding not only the property but also about our stay at Milos. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the dream boathouse. I will be forever looking at our pictures there to try to take me back to those moments. It was such an unforgettable experience to be able to stay in such a unique place.

The water from one of the bathrooms was not working. And is a bit difficult for 4 people even though there are 2 bedrooms, one of them cannot be used as a bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was unique and lovely and very peaceful especially with the water lapping around us, location is a bit remote to facilitates and you do need a car to get around or use local transport which can get very expensive. Fantastic host who assisted us with all our needs especially our luggage. Would definitely stay again.

It s not like I didn't like it, just keep in mind to travel light weighted, because the acces is very slippery and the waves are coming.

I don t think I have to say that the location is breathtaking...this place is absolutely magical. Everything was very clean and neat. The check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend it. We gonna return for sure.

Narrow road down to property, but has good parking nearby. No stores/ restaurants open down the hill when we were there, so make sure to bring water/ groceries down with you.

Very clean and nice! The photos don’t do it justice. Hosts are excellent and very responsive. Helped immediately with a power issue during a storm and even brought us extra beach towels. Towels and sheets changed daily. Very comfortable beds. Amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of waves.

We enjoyed everything, even if the toilet in the bathroom didn’t quite work. Luckily there was an extra bathroom downstairs that did the trick.

Everything - the location, the sunset, the rustic fisherman’s house, the extra toilet but most importantly the fabulous hosts Antonnia and her family. Antonnia went out of her way to help us book a boat tour, dropped at kettle off in the wee hours of the morning and I believe might have given us a significant discount on dinner at their very popular family owned restaurant in Plaka. It was just a fab stay!
