Nothing was bad.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The conditions are excellent. The owner Savvas was very kind and showed us how it all worked, and he was always eager to help. The kitchenette was well equipped; we also had a microwave, which was very handy. Very close to the beach and to all the shops, and yet a bit away from the noise of the main street.

The location was amazing it was in the town center. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is a supermarket below and a bakery across the street. The room was super clean and the stiff was nice. There is an elevator in the accommodation which is useful.

If you want to be respected,live in a very clean room,have the sea around the corner,have all near you and don't want to use a car,plus a lot more,then you should stay here.Even if you have a car,the parking is 100 meters away and it is free.Savvas and his family make you feel respected and welcome.This is a family owned business that we all need to support because you rarely see such a good example of business and family tied together.I will definitely come back here!

The accommodation was excellent. We had two rooms, each room has a TV, air conditioning and a balcony. We got a baby crib for our one year old child. The kitchen has everything you need, feels like you are home (kettle, toaster, pans, cutting board, plates, glasses, cups, napkins, sponges,....) We also had an ironing board and an iron, lots of hangers. The place is very clean (bed sheets and towels). The view from the balcony is very nice. We had clothsline and pegs for hanging clothes. The staff is very friendly and kind. The store located on the ground floor of the accommodation has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will see each other next year. As a minus, I can note that our towels were only changed on the second of our six-day stay. The trash was not taken out and there were no extra bags for it. They also didn’t bring us toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and they also changed our towels and sheets on the second day. The owners were extremely kind and made a good impression on us with the small gestures. It had beautiful details. The terrace was huge and well furnished with furniture. Each room had a mosquito repellent as well as a romantic candle.

They are very, very friendly and helpfull. Super Great Team/family. Next time, if I visit Olimpic Beach for sure I'll choose Dionysos Room for accommodation.

Everything was perfect!

The location was perfect, very close to the see, playground and restaurants. At the ground floor there is a supermarket where you can find everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. We found even a sandwich maker and we were really happy about it! The fridge is big enough for water and fruits and food. They have blinders at the windows and balcony doors, which was highly appreciated as we traveled with two small kids (1y and 4y). We rented a 2 rooms apartment and the rooms were big enough, there were two balconies and one of them was very big. We had plenty of space and a great view to the sea on one side and to the mountains on the other side. It was also great that there was air conditioning in both rooms. The towels and bed sheets were changed every 2 3 days and the room was vacuumed. The bathroom was equipped with a mop and a brush in order to brush the floor ourselves if needed. We stayed 12 nights and we have nothing to complain....maybe some nasty dogs sometimes in the night, but that was nobody's fault :D We highly recommend the place!

everything the other positive reviews say is true - it was an amazing stay, beyond expectations. they are kind, helpful, the rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. the location is amazing, especially because of the fact that there’s a store on the ground floor and a fantastic bakery across that made the perfect pastries and frappe, you could basically go there in your pyjamas to get your morning coffee and breakfast. we would definitely come back, thank you guys for making our stay so enjoyable!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had the apartment cleaned and our towels and sheets changed after the 2nd night. It exceeded our expectations.

Very clean and decorated apartment. Everything needed was present + baby crib ! Place is at the epicenter of Akti , lots of food and beach options.
