Very nice hotel with accommodating staff, especially the girl at the pool who was extremely service-minded! Very nice hotel overall; the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, but this seems to be a common issue at hotels in Greece.

Booked this for my parents for their last 2 nights in Preveza town. The location was perfect for them to walk to the restaurants. They were able to find parking. The pool was wonderful and loved the abundant breakfast

While I didn't expect a full concierge service, to be better informed about local travel possibilities on the part of front desk staff would be more helpful. One receptionist guy was v. helpful and went to the trouble to look things up for me. Another gave me a web address for the bus service to Igoumenitsa. A regular daily shuttle bus to the ferry in Igoumenitsa would be helpful and perhaps the hotel could discuss such an idea with the local Chamber of Commerce.

I enjoyed the breakfasts. Maria in the bar was very helpful and friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Dioni Boutique Hotel and from the moment I arrived Nadia and the team made me feel very welcome. The hotel staff were all excellent and were always happy to help with nothing too much trouble. The rooms and facilities were all very clean and whilst the breakfast could have had a little more variety it was very good and still very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic with it being around 15 minutes transfer from the airport, and the beautiful port is only a couple of minutes walk. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. Hopefully I will be able to visit The Dioni Boutique Hotel again.

Bathroom facilities were poor eg the toilet is too high (I am only 5ft in and my feet didn’t touch the floor!; couldn’t reach loo roll as it was too low in relation to toilet placement; virtually no ventilation in the bathroom; toilet flusher fell off the wall; area around swimming pool was very slippery; breakfast quality was okay but presentation was unappetizing.

Pool and lounging area very small but it is a bonus to have a plunge pool in this location. Buffet breakfast poor, theres excellent restaurants just outside the hotel so we are out instead.

Great location few streets back from Marina. Very well presented and very clean. Lovely rooms. Good air con. Pool and loungers a plus but very small and not big enough if hotel to capacity.

Brilliant location for Preveza and all the restaurants and bars. Close to a beach. Breakfast was really good. Staff really helpful, especially the pool attendant Maria. Rooms a good size and clean. Really nice decor throughout the hotel.

Staff has been helpful. We arrive way to early and they have done their best to make us comfortable while waiting for our room. Also extremely helpful to help us get our important stuff we forgot in the room to the airport. So yes, we are grateful for their support.
