The furniture needs a bit renovation, but we stayed only one night, so it was OK for us. The owner threatened us to pay extra if we arrive later than 20.30. I have never heard about such thing before so I find it quite odd.

It was close to the beach. The apartment was quite spacious. The father of the owner welcomed us, he was very kind and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights, over the weekend, looking for a peaceful village. However, that weekend it happened that the community was celebrating some Greek Dances Festival, and that made it too noisy and crowded for our expectations. Also, the establishment needs some investments to refresh the painting, some utilities, etc., and the personnel has to master other languages than Greek only to handle their foreign customers (majority of clients during my stay). Also, the access to the private parking was not allowed for us, without providing explanations (my Greek language level is average - so I could understand if there were some issues with it).

The place is in proximity to the sea, and that was appreciated by the children.

Its not pleasant if you go into the bathroom and the first thing you see is hair's...also the water in the toilet is so weak that you have to flush it at least 4 times....come on! its not clean,all furniture are old and there is rust on the metal parts. I believe that 40 euro per night is to much for that place

The room and the bathroom was very big. There is a partial sea view and the location is very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable

Unfortunately the owner's attitude ruined it all; charging for bicycle parking in a parking lot which was totally empty (out of season) was a little ridiculous. He said that was because we booked on Booking and not directly. It felt like we were somehow punished

Only 1 small electric element worked on cooker. Only 1 frypan and 1 pot and not enough cutlery for 3 people.

Large room for 3 adults. Clean. Nice balcony. Close to beach, 150 metres. Use of beach umbrellas and beach seating.

Value for money!! The breakfast was rich, tasty & healthy, incl. fantastic homemade cottage cheese pie, eggs, fruits&veggies from the garden. The owner was very helpful and polite. Good communication. Our room was clean and equipped with kitchenette.

Some guests were too noisy early in the morning and late at night.

The hotel provide the necessary for a short or long stay. Clean linen, a small cooker (I didn't use it), few crockery. The bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. All in all, you get what you've paid for and I was in general satisfied by my stay

I had awful experience with this reservation. The place was booked a month before the date of arrival-16.08.2025. When we, a group of 13 people, arrived at the hotel after 5 hours drove, we were informed by the man at the reception that our reservation was cancelled for no reason the same morning by the hotel. No warning message or call was send to us. That caused us serious inconvenience and disappointment. Don't trust this place!

The kitchen area was a bit shabby.

Quiet accommodation, a few minutes from the beach and the pedestrian street with restaurants. Parking was easy, the hotel also has its own parking lot.

It looks like a Macedonian famous series Prespav,t hotel looks like the hotel from the series, the stair case and the hall.

Very peaceful place near the beach and the local restaurant and the, super market as well. We definitely recommend this place.
