Beds, pillows, and the bed weren't clean under the sheets...We didn't have internet 4 out of 7 days in the apartment.Everything hurt from a bad beds....

Simply,overrated 9.3 booking rate. Be aware that,what you book,is not what you get on your arrival.In our case in description of rooms at least one room was ground and having terrace acc pictures.Because we were 4 adults and 3 children was important for us to have a terrace,and a big table.What we received? One room 1st floor,2nd room 3th floor. Smaller,than advertized 35 m... :) maximum 20-25 m Basic kitchen,no amneties as cleaning tools, one of rooms having bathroom without shower courtain and cover on WC lid:) .During our stay we had also some small black guests coming out from bathroom.Sheets and towels not in best condition,but at least clean. We tried to explain them,that is not what we booked,their reponse was that pictures from booking are only for advertising purpose and these are rooms what we booked.Not funny at all,mate,when you have 2 kids and you get instead a room with terrace,a room with a balcony of 1m width and a table of 60 cm in diameter.Of course we complain about the situation,also to booking. 2nd day we received ,info from booking,that host is willing to cancel for free (good one this) or wait patiently to upgrade the room on what we booked.and we waited 8 nights...and probably next year also :)) Even if... at least 2 ground rooms changed their occupants during our stay. The guy from reception can not do anything without his boss,and his boss will not come to solve anything because he already have your money.We asked them when will be free,next ground room,and the answer was they dont know.Great attitude... Free parking? Yes, nothing special,street parking where you can get a free spot ,in front of building or not... You can not park in the free spots in back of building because is private parking and must be empty all the time... Quiet place?

In general new renovated building, relatively new furniture,change of sheets regulary and the trash taken out daily.

Short conclusion: cockroaches dirty be prepared to get “we can’t do anything” as response for any complain or ask you have different from the rooms presented in the photos and description on booking noise reception - total jerk no respect for the customer whatsoever With all due respect, but sleeping in the car would have been way better than this place :) The whole experience: I’m taking the time to review this (after 2 months) - so I’m calm and I’m doing retrospective thinking (not writting angry or pissed of like I was while staying at this hotel wanna-be). Also, I had pacience with the hotel to respond to my written complain, but I didn’t got any response :) First of all, everything you see in the pictures attached on booking- LIES. The room doesn’t look like this in real life. No decoration, colors, no table, nothing alike. I went straight to the reception after I got the key to discuss the issue - I didn’t had a table to eat (while on booking was present in the amenaties and this is the reason I chose that hotel, I went hiking and didn’t had time to go to a restaurant and eat, I wanted a room with table and kitchenette to prepare something fast and eat there). So, PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION - TOTALLY INACCURATE. That being said, I went to the reception. The guy didn’t care (at all). He just said “We can’t do anything” even tho I went there with my booking confirmation on the phone and showed him I booked another kind of room. I went to my room, I messaged the property. No answer. No anwer until today(2 months later) - well, the hotel is a joke, what expectation should I have for the employees anyhow, right? While unpacking my luggage, I saw 2 cockroaches near the kitchen sink. Of course, “there is nothing we can do” for this too. The bed sheets were torn and dirty. We had no room cleaning while staying there. A lot of noise! I had to call the police because at 3 in the night the people staying on the ground floor were listening to music very loud. Complained
