We got to stay at Diana Rooms during our first trip to Greece, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel’s location is perfect—right next to the bus station in the city centre, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed: a kettle, cutlery, a fridge etc. Most of all, the warmth of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and safe—so much so that we didn’t want to leave! Bathroom a little cramped and hot water sometimes more like lukewarm. Expensive for what it was, but that’s a factor of Chania not the individual place.

Outside of the overcrowded overpriced old town by a stone’s throw, plus near main bus station, groceries, and restaurants, felt ever so slightly like more like a real part of Chania. Good AC and nice balcony! Host accommodated luggage storage for us on our check out day, very nice of her!!

Basically, everything. Great for single travelers as not many places offer rooms for one person only. Comfortable, clean place for great price. Owners are lovely people. I had room on the top floor with a big terrace and a big bathroom. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night with great AC. I had a great stay with everything I needed. Thank you. I'll definitely return

Everything everything was perfect and i felt like home!Its my second time booking there and i will do it again and again!Starting with the host who is the sweetest lady in the world,always there to help,always replying whenever you need,whatever you need,she is there for you,even i landed 1:30 am she was waiting for me to reach🙌The room,bedsheets,towels,very very clean ,nice smell and ironed;she was cleaning and changing the bedsheets every second day!definitely i will go back!the apartament its in the city centre,behind the bus station(KTEL) ,easy and cheap to travel to the airport and to see places around.Bless the host and her kind heart!🙌

I was on the 3rd/top floor but could hear the communual door slamming throughout the night. However, i always travel with earplugs!

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. It’s in an excellent location right next to the bus station and close to all the local amenities. I slept well and felt safe as a solo traveller. I’d 100% recommend for solo travellers :-) plus a cute friendly cat!

The shower was horrible. The shower and toilet are very close together and after about two minutes in the shower, the drain would clog up and water would spill everywhere in the bathroom. We were left with a broom, but it was horrible to have to continuously stop and wait.

The location is unbeatable, with just a short walk into the city. We also got the twin beds that we ordered, a lot of other places we stayed at did not. The hosts are also so nice. We talked with Diane’s husband for awhile. If you’re a traveler, he’s a great guy to talk to. There’s also a super cute cat that lives outside.

Diana herself (Danai) was so sweet, kind and accommodating and she could not have been more helpful!!! I would definitely stay with her again and highly recommend her sweet and beautifully maintained hotel.

The door knob is close to being broken but still manageable

Super close to the central bus station. Less than 10min walk to the harbour. There is a balcony where you can hng your clothes. You have everything you need for a short stay in the room! Diana was also very nice and even recommended beaches to me. Also liked that she let me left my luggage before check in and after checkout :)

It was just as expected and delivered everything it promised. Everything was clean and the owner was the sweetest. It is a minute walk from the intercity bus station and a 2-3 minute walk from the old city. There are stairs to get to some rooms though so keep that in mind. My room was roomy and the bed was pretty comfy.
