The pool was a little cloudy unfortunately for our short stay due to a large group there for a longer period before us.

Location was excellent. Veronica the host/manager was amazing; very helpful and responsive. The unit was beautiful and the patio with pool had an amazing view and set-up.

The only downside was the never ending steps to get to the rooms, shops, restaurants and photo viewing points. Worked up a sweat numerous times and some people were a little disrespectful to others waiting for that special photo. People need to realise when there's a queue, don't check photos. Just take plenty of shots and you can view and post in your own time.

Views were awesome and room was just as good. Information was plentiful and staff were great also. Lost power to the rooms for a short while, but was restored a little later. Not much to complain about. Oh, and although I like cats, there are heaps on the island. Don't feed them. They keep coming back and they leave the area smelling like...

Those with mobility issues should not stay here as one needs to navigate through steep path to reach the main boardwalk/walkway. The wifi is non existent / weak. This has more to do with the location as it’s my understanding signal is weak for most residences situated around Oia. If one needs to multi-task work/leisure requiring strong wifi,… this may not be ideal.

The views were beautiful. Offers a unique experience on staying in a property situated on a cliff.

The location of this property in Oia is beautiful and whilst being in the centre of Oia you would never know. The cave apartment is located in a spot where other tourists rarely walk by and they are unable to walk directly infront or behind you. Veronika was an excellent host, she organised an early check in, the bell boy to carry our bags (heavy) and booked a dinner for us. We had a wonderful trip in Santorini.

There could have been more amenities like dental kit, a welcome drink (santorini wine) and some more local snacks. And some curtains instead of total blackout windows.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms Host helped us with queries and went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Also helped us with early checkin as our ferry was arriving bit earlier.

We had an early flight the next morning, and the taxi was quite expensive. If possible, try to book an afternoon flight out of Santorini so you can take the bus instead and save on transport costs.

We had a wonderful stay in OIA, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Stavi. From the moment we arrived, she made everything so easy—meeting us at the bus stop, helping with our luggage, and even allowing us to check in early. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to visit and cozy coffee shops to try. On our last day, she kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning flight. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Santorini!

Location, magical view, silence of the area, attention to details, romantic view, great level of cleanliness, amazing hospitality by Anastasia. She is super genuine, young and active and with a deep love for her Island which makes you fall in love with the place instantly. Very minute detail…ants crawling on the wall beside one of the lounge mat near the jacuzzi…afraid to lie on the mat. Luckily there was another mat on the opposite side which is suitable.

It was pure luck that this was available in a last minute deal and it sure didn’t disappoint! The place is so convenient and so close to everything. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi overlooking the Aegean Sea. Veronica made sure that everything was in order and well organised. It surely was the highlight of our stay in Oia!

Apartment and terrace furniture need a polish. Cleaning every 2nd day is also not ideal.

exclusive experience everyone should try. You have the most wonderful view from the terrace and have the view em everyone wants to photograph. Right and left, the blue domes. Warm jacuzzi with privacy - no one is walking past your balcony like in other properties and there is no need to leave the is terrace while you’re in Oia. Watching the sunrise early morning is invaluable. Veronica, the hotel manager, is the most caring hostess and truly embraces Greek philoxenia. Wonderful!

Personally, I didn’t like the fact that, to get to the bathroom, you have to walk from the main bedroom through the second bedroom. Also the second bedroom doesn’t have a window, and inside the room can get really warm, because of the steam from the bathroom.

The location of the property is one of the best in Oia. Close to many amenities, local restaurants and shops.

I almost hate to say this, but the lounge chair cushions are thin or worn. Eventually, you’re sitting on the wooden slats. Very uncomfortable, need thicker, firmer cushions

The managers were very accommodative. They meet us at the property and walked us down to our room. They had cold water there, a nice touch. We had an early flight the next day and arranged a car for us. They also had someone get our bags and walk us to the location of our ride. Very impressive. I would highly recommend.
