Everything was superb! The apartment, very clean and welcoming, had a spacious bedroom and living room, with two balconies overlooking lemon and pomegranate trees—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is excellent: just a 7-minute walk to the promenade with beaches, clubs, and restaurants, and 20 minutes on foot to Old Hersonissos. The owner was very friendly, and behind the property, we enjoyed a terrace with traditional dances.

Amazing, helpful staff and super welcoming. The room was tidy, clean and the fridge was filled with fruits and drinks. The bed was soft and slept like a baby.

The bathroom is a bit small but it wasn’t a problem really. It would be nice if the wardrobe was a bit bigger too. Some suggestions: include clothespins on the drying rack (you can buy big ones at every market for 1-2€, but it would be nice not to have to think about it) and put dish detergent next to the sink if you are already including a sponge.

- location: a few steps away from the main street, and only a few more to the beach - room: big room and really nice and comfortable balcony (with a drying rack which really comes in handy), towels and linen changed every other day - staff: really nice and accommodating - next to the entrance there’s beach umbrellas, balls and similar stuff available for anyone to take and use for the day - breakfast/dinner: buffet-style at the Central Hersonissos hotel across the street; plenty of options and the food is okay Raki, fruit and water were waiting for us in the fridge which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond Apartments & Suites, and we have absolutely nothing bad to say, everything was great!

Very nice hotel with very nice and friendly hosts. I was very satisfied and the contact was just great, they were always available via chat or phone and helpful. The location was perfect, the bus stop and the shops were just down the street and one street further were all the restaurants, bars and the beach, it couldn't be better. The price-performance ratio is great. If you fly back in the evening you have the option of leaving your things in the hotel and maybe spending another day on the beach and showering in the hotel and then you can go to the airport whenever you want. I can highly recommend it and give a big compliment to the whole team. I'd love to come back!

Checkout guests are offered a luggage storage facility and shower (with clean towels, soap and foot scrub) incase you need to travel at a much later time. They provide you with a key in which you may access these facilities 24/7. Super plus!! The rooms comes with welcoming treats. The host (including cleaning staff) are very friendly, welcoming and responsive. I had to write two reviews because, we stayed in the Economy Room and Apartment and I was very satisfied with either but, if we had to pick, we would definitely recommend the apartment option. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

With this, they also provide you a key to accesses these facilities 24/7 and once you are done you just leave the key at the reception desk - this for me is a super plus!! The hosts, including the cleaning staff, are extremely friendly and welcoming and very responsive - anything you need, they are at your disposal. With the room comes a welcoming treat which is left in your room….another super plus!! I’ll definitely be returning!!

The room was pleasant overall, but there was no terrace above the balcony, so a lot of sun got into the room we were in. There was no mop in the bathroom and we couldn't clean the shower. There was no rag or dish soap. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom, which didn't really reach the living room, which was a bummer because there were 3 of us, and I slept in the living room and it was really hot.

The bathroom flooded as we had showers because the curtain rod goes across from wall to wall, as opposed to around the shower. We didn’t feel it was thoroughly clean either. Mop and bucket in the bathroom confused us, but we soon found out why. We could hear the neighbours and especially his or her alarm the next morning. Absolutely no soundproofing. No hairdryer either though the holder was mounted on the wall.

It was okay. We had a double bed and a camp bed which was ok for 1 night. Clean sheets and towels. Location was very good. Essentially a good place for young adults looking to party in the area and use as a base for showers and sleep. Not to spend time in. Veranda was good.
