Just to let you know, the apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. For people who have mobility or lifting, this is something to consider.

Just as pictured in the photos. The apartment was clean and neat. It is located on a corner; on the other three corners are a bakery, a small convenience market, and a pharmacy. It is a 15-minute walk to the Metro and to the Metropolitan Hospital. Plenty of shops close by.

Dimitris is such a gentleman and a great Host. He helped me at anytime i needed something. The place is extremely clean and it has everything you need. I will definitely go back to this place .

I liked everything.

The property is clean , has everything you need . Fresh and lots of clean towels . Washing machine the boat provides you with some washing detergent to start so that’s a bonus when you arrive and want to clean your travelling clothes , there is coffee , sugar etc water in the fridge . Shower is amazing and very needed , beds are very comfortable. WiFi is strong.

Excellent apartment and host. The place was spacious, it hosted 3 adults and 3 children and had all the necessary amenities. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, right next to a pharmacy and grocery store. It is in just a 10 minute walk from the Moschato HESAP station and you can reach the center of Athens very easily using the public transportation. It is also very close to some venues (Karaiskakis stadium and Peace and Friendship Stadium) in case you're interested to visit. The host was so polite, always reachable on the phone and willing to answer every inquiry. He also let us check in earlier and had no problem if we stayed even longer than the agreed check out time. Definitely recommended

Great host, very helpful and kind. - Nice and clean apartment, you have there everything what do you need for good stay, building also looks fresh and probably lately renovated, There is also nice balcony through the floor. - Across the street there is Pharmacy, Bakery and grocery store. - Approx 15 minutes walk to the Moschato Metro Station and 4 stops to the City area (Thissio metro station) or 5 stops to the Monastiraki area. - If you would like to visit Beach area, tram station (Moschato) is also approx 15-20 minutes walk, take to Edem or Glyfada. Highly recommended if you prefer to stay a bit outside the city in quiet and nice area.

Nothing zero everything was much more than expected.

The host is exceptional, the accommodation has everything you need including a washing machine , easy access to restaurants, bars & supermarkets. It’s opposite a bakery and a pharmacy. The host also had water bottles in the fridge for us which we were very grateful for when we arrived. Highly recommend.

We booked this apartment because it is located neaby the SEF Stadium (5 minutes drive, around 20 min walk). The apartment exceeded our expectations - large space, modern furniture, nice balcony. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well equiped. The apartment was spacious and extra clean. We found complementary drinking water and coffee. The access in the building was easy - we called the owner and he remotely opened the door, after that we found the keys into a lock box. The communication was done via whatsapp. Nearby you can find a good grocery shop with fresh fruits and vegetables, plus a bakery with quality products (both of them opened even on Sunday). The owner was very helpful and gladly accepted our special request which really made the diffrence for our stay, being highly appreciated. I will definetly book this place when comning to the SEF Stadium again.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had all you need for a city break. The kitchen is well equipped and had all we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the main road, which had a variety of shops, restaurants and bars/coffee shops. It’s 15 to 20 minutes walk to the train station that can either leave you in the centre of Athens or in Piraeus. You can also walk to the tram that can take you to Glyfada.
