Very comfortable and quiet appartment close to the beach. Great equipment and details that you need for a stay (e.g. there was even a parasol in the cupboard, which is perfect if you want to explore the Possidi cape for example. Joana (host) was very friendly and welcoming and we had a few cans of drinks in the fridge. She wrote a day before to ask for our arrival and everything worked fine. The flat is situated in an appartment complex and is overlooking a garden, so it feels like actually living there. It takes you 90 seconds to reach Siviri beach. The balcony is big enough to have a family dinner.

We stayed for 5 days in Siviri and had a great experience at the apartments. The owner, Ioanna, was very kind and welcoming — she met us upon arrival, showed us around, and even provided complimentary drinks, which were perfect after the trip from the airport. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. We were also provided with plenty of white towels, shampoo, and shower gel, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the sea. The beach has clear, warm water and is surrounded by a beautiful forest. Siviri is a great place for a relaxing family vacation. For younger groups looking for nightlife or more activities, it might feel a bit quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect! It is WAY MORE than a typical substandard Greek seaside accommodation. -great location in a beautiful complex with green garden, just steps away from the beach and the seaside quay, very quiet for a good sleep -the apartment is renovated, with everything completely new, and it is equipped with all amenities and necessities for a daily life -rooms are big and comfortable -kitchen is big, comfortable and fully equipped -the terrace is very big and comfortable -there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors -the owner is amazing and caring lady, who left some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge (great gesture, thanks!) -I am really happy to have found this accommodation and met its owner, and would definitely stay there again!

The property is fully renovated and perfect for families with kids. It is very close to the beach. We loved that it was very quiet, but still close to everywhere. The owners are lovely, kind and caring.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything! The flat is very comfortable for our family of 3 adults with 2 rooms on the first floor. The location is 2 minutes (100 meters) only from the sea, and the path there is shaded and paved belongs to the complex. There are gardens all around and children play and residents sit under trees which we enjoyed for itshomely feeling. For the evening the same path leads onto the pedestrian promenade with restaurants and cafes by the sea front. The balcony has a very nice aspect and we spent a lot of time there in the evening enjoying the breeze (Siviri was not that hot) and watching the moon. The facilities in the bathroom are very good and also the kitchen is well equipped although we didn't cook - only coffee/drinks and salads/snacks, Above all there are very welcoming and communicative owners who manage the property and respond to queries. We loved our stay - we felt so well being there :)

Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walking.on a shady alley. The apartment is renovated, all is new and very clean, with everything you need. Very good quality of the sheets and towels. Very nice terace, perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The hosts are very nice and kind people, willing to help.

We had a great stay at the Διαμέρισμα Σίβηρη Χαλκιδικής (we were a group of 3 adults, 1 child). The location is perfect, offering peace and quiet while being just a two-minute walk from Siviri beach and promenade. The apartment was recently completely renovated (we were there in July 2024), and it had everything we needed and then some. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought and care into making it a comfortable place to stay. They were hospitable and responsive to our queries, and also recommended a great local fish tavern. This accommodation is in a 2-storey family-oriented apartment complex with a well-kept garden. It was both lively and peaceful during our stay, if that makes sense, and had a very homey, laid-back atmosphere. The apartment was excellent overall, breezy and spacious, but our favorite part was the big terrace, with an awning providing shade and privacy. We enjoyed having our coffee or breakfast there in between visits to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and cafes are dotted along the seafront, minutes away from the apartment, and a well-stocked supermarket is within walking distance (15 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car). The nearby Ζύμη & Μεράκι bakery serves excellent coffee and pastries. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone coming to Halkidiki!
