Perfect location, easy to walk into Skiathos town. Everything about the apartment was fantastic. Great outdoor space as a bonus. Even better than the photos! The owners were super helpful and accommodating. Nothing at all to fault. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

The view from the bedroom was spectacular and it had very charming decour. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the port and very kindly left a bottle of wine for us on our anniversary. The offered plenty of recommendations and it was a pleasure to stay at the property. We will definitely come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay at Oikies in Skiathos! The location was great — close to everything, yet still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were absolutely lovely — they picked us up from the airport and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. They also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat, which really made our trip. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay, beautifully presented, wonderful views, quiet location but very close to town, port and everything we needed. Katerina and Giorgos are friendly and hospitable, provide helpful recommendations of great places to visit and eat. We also really appreciated that they kindly offered to pick us up and drop us at the airport and were flexible with check in and out times. We would definitely love to return and recommend to others!

Very weak and sporadic wi-fi signal. A more modern shower would eliminate the need to balance the temperature (especially important as the water is very hot).

Exceptional hosts who were extremely supportive to guests. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Magnificent views from the comfortable, private balcony. Spotlessly clean. The apartment was cleaned and linen changed every other day, which is unusual for self- contained properties. Lots of readily available hot water. The quirky character of the place. Privacy and peace by feeling apart from other properties, even though it was in town. We didn't feel overlooked at all. We would happily stay at this property again.

The property was absolutely stunning! Very Mamma Mia! The perfect place to stay in Skiathos. The garden was a sun trap and a nice, private space to enjoy the delights. The hosts were honestly two of the nicest people ever, nothing was too much hassle for either of them. They made us feel welcome and helped us by advising us on the best places to visit, what the weather would be like, etc. Whilst we were enjoying a coffee, the host came with a plate of Greek biscuits for us to enjoy, and when it rained (unfortunately!) she left an umbrella out for us so that we were still able to head out for the day. It was the cherry on top of an absolutely fabulous stay. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Oikies Skiathos was amazing. The property was beautiful and just like we hoped. Was a very greek style/vibe property. The property got cleaned every 2 days. George and Katerina were great hosts! Katerina was away but george looked after us so well! We felt so comfortable and welcome. George even picked us up from the port and dropped us off at the airport when it was time to go home. He was so kind, messaged us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. When we got there he told us the best parts to go on the island and where the best restaurants were. I’f we wanted a opinion on a place we were going, we could message him and he would let us know what he thinks. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We will never forget this holiday due to the amazing customer service but George. Will definitely be back again! We loved it so much!

At the risk of repeating other reviewers, katerina and George were the perfect hosts.They could not do enough to ensure a perfect vacation.The property was in an ideal central position , up a few steps but nothing too strenuous.A perfect weeks break.

I wish we had stayed there for longer!

A beautiful house with fantastic views, great facilities and a brilliant outside space. Katerina and Giorgos were excellent hosts, super friendly and made us feel very welcome with lots of little extras. They live next door, which was really handy if we were stuck for anything, as Katerina would pop over with whatever we needed if we messaged her. The house is just a five minute walk up from the waterfront and the view from the balcony is terrific! It's the sort of place you want to permanently live in!

Stunning and cozy apt with a beatiful sea view from the balcony. Exactly as on the pictures. Close to everything, airport, downtown, bus stop, grocery store. Great hosts, thank you George. Would love to come back some day….

Can’t say I didn’t like the stairs and the fact the apartment is on the hill but means it’s quite a walk up but it also means it’s quiet. We are in our mid 60’s fairly fit and managed but if you have any mobility issues or poor health this may be a challenge.

It gorgeous little apartment to totally relax in. Fantastic views and totally quiet. Katerina and George were the nicest hosts imaginable. If I could give a score of 11 I would!

The way is very steep, so i guess the accomodation isnt for people in bad shape.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was just as described, it was a cosy space, comfortable bed, quiet, great views and really close to the shops and restaurants, old port, new port etc. Katerina and George went above and beyond to make our stay great - picking us up from and dropping us at the airport, giving local recommendations and the accommodation was kept clean for our stay. The balcony was lovely for morning coffees and relaxing late afternoons after our day's activities. Would happily stay again!
