Central location, next to the bus stop and a short walk to Fira center. The owner was really nice and helpful, gave us some treats at the end of our stay :)

The position in Fira is very central, with no sea view, but it is definitely worth the price for the location. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the bus station is just 100 m away! The staff is reliable and efficient. Had no problem whatsoever. Recommended

This accommodation has a distinct retro style - ie dated! However it was spotlessly clean. I like to cook some of my meals when travelling so having a small fridge and stove was a real bonus. The room had a small balcony overlooking a nice garden. Very centrally located and close to the buses taking you all over the island.

The hotel is right in the center of Fira, very close to the market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. 3 minutes walk from the main bus station where there are buses to all parts of the island... The room is simple but very tasteful, functionally furnished, and clean. The owner, Mr. Vasilis, is a very kind, thoughtful and helpful person who thinks of every detail... The apartment has a delightful balcony and overlooks a wonderful garden with beautiful flowers. He also puts these beautiful flowers from the garden in a vase in the hallway at the entrance of the rooms and the whole place smells very nice. The apartment is cleaned daily, and new towels and other missing items are provided. There is a cozy little kitchen with few things but it is still very useful. We didn't see Mr. Vasilis on the way out, we thanked him for everything. We highly recommend it.

Friendly owner and staff. Room was as described on booking.com. Basic but very clean accomodation and close to main square. Nice coffee shop next door and lots of shops , bars and cafe's nearby. Bus station a few minutes walk away.

The property could be noisy at times due to other guests & being located in the centre of town. This was both perfect & drawback.

The walls in the room is not soundproof. There were guests staying adjacent to our room who made loud noises in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep.

Location is in central Fira and is walking distance to the shops and restaurants including the walking path to view the caldera. It is also a short walk to the central bus station where you can take buses to/from other parts of the island including the airport. Service is excellent. The manager acted promptly after I reported the issue with the shower head. The cleaning lady made our beds and tidied the room on the Saturday we stayed. Not sure if this is an everyday service.

Centrally located in Fira - 100 metres from bus station, and near all the main sights, supermarket and restaurants. Studio with basic equipment for self-catering. Plenty of storage space. Nice balcony with morning sun. The host Vasillis very helpful.

I can't complain too much considering the price we paid. But if the facilities could be improved or refreshed, it would definitely make the overall experience even better.

For a budget accommodation, we thought it was fairly good. Excellent customer service. The location was fantastic - with Thira bus terminal right opposite the road and minutes away from the town centre and local amenities (wasn't too noisy either) Facilities were basic and somewhat outdated, but everything worked fine. The room was equipped with a fridge, a little electric cooker, and cookware - allowing us to cook light meals.

Kitchen is basically useless, 2 burner cooktop, sink and fridge. Some stuff to eat with and one pot. No oven, no toaster, no coffee maker, not even a frying pan. Having said that I was grateful because pretty much everything is closed in January so I ended up scrambling eggs in the pot and eating them on untoasted bread. And I bought stuff for sandwiches and the supermarket sells pre-cooked roasted chickens so it worked out ok. The bathroom is tiny but otherwise it was a nice place to stay thats budget friendly

Great location only a few minutes to walk anywhere, comfortable bed, quiet suites on the backside of building away from the road with a balcony, no sea view but there is a pretty garden. Manager was nice and helpful.
