Wonderful stay in the heart of Argostoli! The apartment was brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were two spacious balconies where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day — a lovely touch, as the host had kindly provided coffee for us. The location was perfect, right in the center of Argostoli, close to everything. Although there was no private parking, we had no trouble finding free street parking nearby every day. Communication with the host was excellent — she was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a wonderful week here and would definitely love to come back!

It is an attic and roof is very low so you can hit your head at a few areas. Even though they have put some foam to protect still dangerous especially when you are getting out of bed.

Unfortunately, the location was not suitable for us, as it was a long walk to get from the apartment to the places that we mostly wanted to visit on a daily basis, for example, the main square, the port and the pedestrian area. This was our personal opinion, as we are not so fit now. However, for younger people who are fit and have good mobility, it might be ideal. We were disappointed in the shower cubicle, as it often leaked water onto the floor. Plus, the shower attachment had to be hand held, as it wouldn't stay on the holder. The bed was not too comfortable as it was a bit old and tired. Although we liked the layout of the apartment, it has a lot of sloping beams, and for someone very tall, it would be a problem.

The apartment had everything that was needed for our stay. It had a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and was stocked with dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, and plenty of cleaning products The owner had kindly left a fantastic starter hamper with a vast amount of goodies, water, bread, tea's, coffee, biscuits and cakes.. The facilities in the apartment were also very good, with plenty of towels and bedding. We liked the terrace at the rear of the property to enjoy our breakfast and sometimes to have a meal in the evening. It had comfy seating in the living room and was a very quiet area. Elena, the lady owner, was really easy to contact and was quick to reply to any requests we had. The property did not have a safe, and this was a concern to us, as we were staying for two weeks. We spoke to Elena about this, and the very next day, she came with a joiner and fitted a safe. That is customer service at its best.

Amazing place, very clean and well equipped. The host was very accommodating and generous, she left some lovely snacks which is such a nice touch. Great location, would definitely recommend and I would 100% use again.

Beautifully furnished, clean and with every facility you need for a comfortable stay. There are two balconies equipped with comfortable seating and tables. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine was very useful too. Sofa very comfortable. A perfect apartment for two within easy walking distance of the centre.

What a beautiful apartment in a quiet area. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes etc, coffee machine and toaster. Eleni, the host, even left a basket of snacks, juice and water. Having 2 terraces is a huge bonus. The wifi was great which was needed as I was filming in the area. GoExploreGreece. I highly recommend this apartment.

I liked everything.

Excellent location within a short walking distance to the city centre, seafront and amenities. The host was very welcoming and prepared some treats for us on arrival. The property is spacious, clean and very well looked after.

Unfortunately that was absolutely our worst experience with an apartment and the host in 15 years of traveling and staying in a total of dozens of apartments in various countries!!! The TL;DR version: Animal hair, Black mold in the air conditioner, run down spring mattress (without any padding left!), dirty cupboards. And a hostess -that offers you to leave the apartment if you don’t like its condition! We have been to Greece several times (Athens and islands too), plus have spent several weeks in Argostoli (in 5 different apartments) hence we have a good comparison. The apartment was not properly cleaned and is not properly maintained: - Extremely run down and dirty mattress!!! - Black mold in the air conditioner in the living room!!! - Animal hair on the sofa / chairs on the balconies! - Sticky noticeable dirt on the doors of the cupboards in the bedroom (the type that builds up over years of not cleaning). Same sticky dirt on some of the door handles. We notified the hostess, she arrived shortly to the apartment and made a bunch of not really plausible excuses about the dirt and the mold. Eventually she called some guy (with a broken leg) who cleaned up the black mold. Unfortunately it was just the beginning of the nightmare! At night we discovered that the mattress is extremely worn down - we felt every single metal spring!!! Next following morning we took a closer look at the mattress and it looked like something you normally would find in trash!!! We have contacted the hostess (without making a drama out of it) and simply asked for some solution until the mattress can be replaced, at least to provide some blankets that we could simply putt on a mattress as a minimal padding. The host has REFUSED to do anything about the terrible mattress at all and simply suggested that we leave the apartment if we don’t like it!?! Absolutely the WORST apartment and the most unfriendly and UNPROFESSIONAL host we have encountered in 15 years!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The only 2 positive things about this apartment is the relatively large balcony and proximity to a nice local restaurant. That's it, unfortunately. So essentially nothing positive really.

Excellent service! Elena met us very hospitably! There was a treat in the apartment: juice, cold water, coffee, bread and sweets. A hairdryer, bath accessories, and an iron were also provided.Very close to all cafes, shops and bus stations.I highly recommend!!
