Malia, Naxos — what a dream! 🌊 Perfect location, sparkling clean studio, and the kind of hospitality you never forget. The brothers at the bar turned every night into a party, and little touches (like fresh linens while we were out) made us feel so cared for. We fell in love with this place and can’t wait to come back for an even longer stay!

Very nice location for exploring Eastern Crete by car. The hotel is close to the historical centre, the lively party street, and a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four, and having a small kitchen was a great bonus. Breakfast was delicious, with a menu to choose from — the kids especially loved the crepes :) But what truly makes this place special is the owner, who goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. No stress :)

Nothing not to like

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts Makis and Nikos are lovley and so welcoming. The breakfast is homemade, which is a big plus. The fresh squeezed orange juice was the best way to start a day on the island. The building is close to the center but still far enough away from the music and clubs at night. There is a huge parking lot for cars in front of the place. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to being back soon.

All's good

A very cozy family-run place Rooms are simple but clean, towels are changed every day. The pool is great - enough place to actually swim. Very well located - 10 min walk to the main street and 20 to the beaches But what makes this place amazing - are the hosts :) Makis and Nikos are very friendly, always ready to help (whether it's a car rental or any other issue), and honestly even if you're in a bad mood - 5-minute small talks with Makis and "no stress" from him make a day better) we truly felt welcome and cared for there. And their Greek Coffee is just the best thing to start a day Lots of love from Ukraine)

I’ve never visited somewhere with such friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were excellent and the food/breakfast menu was incredible for the price. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay at Danelis. Fantastic food... beautiful clean swimming pool, comfortable beds, but what really makes this place special is the welcome and hospitality of the lovely family who will look after you perfectly. Many people are return guests, and that says it all . You will not find a nicer place to stay in Malia.

Everything..it's such a brilliant hotel and exactly what we love, it's a small hotel on the outskirts of Malia yet only a few minutes from the supermarkets and Taverna's (of which there are many fantastic ones). The rooms are nice, comfortable, suitably equipped and cleaned regularly. The friendliness and welcome you receive sets this hotel apart, run by a family who are really lovely, caring people, always around for a friendly chat, laugh and sort out anything you may need. The swimming pool is a nice temperature, very clean with plenty of sun beds and a great bar, they also serve lovely food made by mama! We've had a fantastic family holiday and would really recommend this place if what I've said above is what you are after.

The shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom gets a little wet.

The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was beyond our expectations. They also have good expertise regarding car rental companies. The fact that it is run by a family makes it more personal so it feels like coming home at the end of the day. They try to make your stay as perfect as they can. Another important thing is the excellent location. It's close enough to the main street but far enough to not be bothered by the clubs and music.

We were happy. Beach is just 10 minutes walk. Not a problem.

We had really nice refreshing and relaxed time. Malia archeological site is just 20 minutes, to Knossos one have to take a bus from the Malia center.

Nothing at all!

We had an amazing stay at Danelis apartments. The rooms were very spacious and clean with great facilities. The pool area was definitely ahighlight - we spent many lovely days by the pool enjoying drinks and food from the bar. But our favourite part of the trip was by far the hospitality: Nikos and his family catered to every possible need and were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nikos even organised a karaoke night for us at the pool bar and was always around for a chat, when he wasn't making his signature cocktails (highly recommended!)

First night we faced some issue with noisy neighbours but fixed by Makis immediately no issues till end of our stay.

First of all atmosphere created by whole family, starting with both brothers but also have to mention here about Stella (i hope correct writing here) who does fantastic job here by keeping apartments in very good order. Swimming pool which i think covers all guests needs as very clean and quite big + a lot of sun beds - no problem to find place here. Some trees (palms) so also you can find here a shade. Location far away from street where all the night clubs and pubs so no issue with noise in night time but really close to amazing Malia old town where many taverns. Nice drinks and food here.

The property was as expected as shown on photos

The pool and snack bar had a really good atmosphere. But the best part was the staff they were so lovely and would do anything they could to improve your stay. It was a short walk from the strip and from the old town with nice restaurants. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend for other girls holidays

Perfect stay. Family are wonderful hosts I arrived on my birthday and they decorated my room and upgraded us to a larger room.room clean and spacious we had everything we needed to hand and only had to ask if we needed anything else. A great location quiet area with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We definitely look forward to returning here for the best Greek hospitality.

Fabulous friendly hotel run by the most wonderful family. Made to feel welcome immediately and looked after throughout our stay. Just outside the bustle of the village so nice and quiet. Had air conditioning, a safe and plenty of hot water. Excellent cleanliness. Location excellent and hope to return.
