Gym is super small and poorly equiped. And given breakfast was rated as "exquisite" or "superb", our expectations were very high, but it turned out it's quite basic - more basic than in most, if not all, 4-star hotels we were staying in before.

Everyone from staff was super pleasant and helpful - also going extra mile by providing hot water regularly and even preparing cooked vegetables for our baby who got sick. A very humane approach which is unfortunately rare these days. Hygiene was also spot on.

Need to order water bottle for dinner. Charge us additional 1$ per night and welcome us with water bottle on the table. This hotel is not for Olympic beach :) The only reason we stayed here.

Professionals in front desk, room service and restaurant/bars, excellently managed hotel. Super clean hotel in all areas, including pool. Hotel is like escape from reality with variety of high quality food, polite staff making the best cocktails and trying to make your stay superb. Even the music selection in background is on spot giving you pleasant vibe. Parking spot in front and opposite of the hotel takes all worries in high season.

Just the locaton was little far from the beach, but doesn’t matter because it was very quiet place and perfect for getaway! Not crowded at all.

Everything was amazing, room was clean, staff was very nice and welcoming. The 2 pools were also great for the kid and also for adults. The food was okay. In general we had a great holiday. Sure be back here!

The only thing that was so uncomfortable was the noise. It is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from the room and the noise starts early in the morning, when kids are running and screaming all over the hotel. And nobody tells them anything... Especially the ones that are friends with the manager... It s a shame , because the hotel it s so nice and cozy and everyone deserves to feel great

Everything was excelent, clean, made with good taste, close to the beach, 7 min walk. Food was good, tasty, varied and sufficient. The hotel deserves its stars.

Other guests from outside could use the pool, probably they had to make consumption at the pool bar. In somedays they were pretty loud will playing in the pool. The prices at the pool bar were pretty high (6€ per beer) but that's the case this days.

Very clean hotel, making up the room and changing the towels daily, polite and friendly staff. Enormous balcony (the pool view ones), bed was comfortable.

No mosquito net on the windows. A nearby hotel was very noisy during some of the nights - but that’s not Danai Hotel’s fault.

Very clean and modern hotel with a lovely outdoor/pool area. The staff was very friendly and smiling, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is definitely kid friendly - they provided a cot for our toddler, there were high chairs in the restaurant and toys by the pool.

Half board means no drinks for dinner which I don't agree with. I think we should get at least beer or wine. Water should be must be. However I want to say huge thanks to the main bartender. He was the only one who listened to my complaints and he provided us with glass of tap water every night for a dinner. I really appreciate this gesture. Also I don't like the fact that anyone can enter the pool even people from the street, because if you are paying for your stay you expect to get a place by the pool instead of strangers who gets in instead of you

Rooms were so clean, and daily cleaning was everything it should be. Food was delicious, so so delicious. Close to the beach as well. Markets all around few steps away from the hotel. Huge thanks to cute little waitress who is going to study to Thessaloniki, main bartender, housekeeping ladies and hotel manager who helped me to fix issue with my bath sink

We spent a wonderful vacation here at Danai. Our first vacation in 3 with our baby. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very professional and the hotel is very well equipped. The distance to the beach is not long, it is a 7 minute walk. The pool is amazing and so is the snack bar. We will definitely come back here. Danai, see you soon! Andreea, Alexandru and Anastasia.

The buffet both in morning and evening very boring and nothing special. Very strange since the food bought in the snack bar was extremly good. The bed in superior room was 140-bed and too hard for our taste. Also missed having blankets. A bathroom with glassdoors throughout is very strange. We didnt get any coffeepowder, tea or sugar from the cleaners unless the 1st day.

The hotel was not crowded even when fully booked. A seat by the pool never a problem..It was very clean everywhere. The staff was very nice and polite and especially Theodora was wonderful and caring. We where able to check- in late night even though it mentioned that check-in stops after 11.30.

the hotel was quite nice. the rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom large. the mattresses were a little soft but otherwise the room was great. the spa is 20 euros extra but we were the only ones there so we had a sauna and hot tub (not super hot though) to ourselves. the attached restaurant had delicious food that was affordably priced. we were given a personalized buffet breakfast with a huge amount of food. the staff was really friendly and accommodated all of our needs.

The food was very good, with great variety, and delicious. As we were before the active season on two of the days we were the only guests in the hotel and the staff only looked after us. We were served breakfast which had a bit of everything, sweet, savoury, eggs cooked to order. Dinner was also very tasty, featuring a five-course menu where the main course and dessert were a choice between two courses.
