It was difficult to find the entry while driving as we were unfamiliar with the city, and the parking was not included in the price of the hotel.

They provided wonderful hospitality. Everyone from the receptionists, bellboys, room service personnel, and restaurant staff were friendly, quick, and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, the view was amazing. The location was so central that it was very relaxing to return to the hotel to rest after getting tired from walking around. All the varieties offered for breakfast were fresh, delicious and carefully selected. The care products left for use in the bathroom were carefully selected.

The spectacular view. The fact that everything is complimentary: a bottle of prosecco and a tray of fresh fruit the day we arrived, everything in the minibar, refilled daily, a little chocolate box every day....

Road noise from the street can be heard until late into the night, otherwise everything is great.

Best hotel breakfast in Thessaloniki by far. Comfy beds and a wonderful rainfall shower. The balcony has a nice view and a great place to sit with a coffee.

The location was very good, the staff was very polite especially the guys who helped with the parking were very polite.The breakfast was plentiful. The only thing you need to improve is the wifi, there were problems

The only thing I didn't like was that coffee at breakfast is served by waiters. I think it would be more comforatble to have coffee as a self-service so people could come back for more coffee if they wanted.

Everything. Great location, excellent breakfast and spacious room. The balcony is in the style of a ship, so sitting there, hanging over the sea, there is a full illusion of being on board a ship. The boats that pass, all lit up at night, are from a fairy tale.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Stylish hotel on the waterfront, in the coolest part of town, a short walk to Aristotelous Square, the White Tower and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and cool bars (including in the hotel itself). Staff were always friendly and super efficient with any requests we had. Valet parking was a godsend, as parking is at a premium. Breakfasts were fantastic and free mini bar was also a nice bonus. If you're visiting Thessaloniki (and you should, it's a great city), this is the place to stay.

I have nothing negative to say.

It is the third time we visit the hotel and each time I am amazed by the quality of service, the facilities and the atmosphere of this hotel. Perfect location, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. All these years they keep the same high quality. However, the best thing about the hotel is its people, the staff in all posts, who with their high professionalism, excellent manners, politeness and helpfulness make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The quality of Daios is unique and should be a chain luxury hotel. I would love to have Daios available in more cities rather than only in Thessaloniki.

Not only I like, but I love the property and the staff. Perfect location with perfect conditions to stay and rest properly. By far one of the best beds I have ever had in a hotel, with a variety of pillows. Huge bathtub and in walk shower. Down service available to prepare the bed and the room for sweet dreams, as well to replace any towels needed. Free in room minibar with water, refreshments and alcoholic beverages. Spacious balcony and soundproof windows (its mandatory for Thessaloniki)
