A very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are very clean, with daily housekeeping service. Highly recommended!

1. The door handle was a little hard to press; but no big deal 2. The soap provided was hard to foam; but at least they were willing to provide it 3. The internet was bad; but I spent almost all day outdoors instead of staying in hotel

Some annoying traffic just outside the hotel (not much to do since it is close to the central Fira)

The hotel is very close to the beautiful Fira, where we spent every sunset evening in one of the many restaurants with an amazing view over the caldera. The jacuzzi and the breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic time many thanks to the amazing pool service (thanks Maggie!) who always helped to improve the comfort around the pool area

Good value for money close walking distance in Fira. Beautiful pool area and the pool lady was so attentive and friendly. She kept butting on the jacuzzi for everyone and bringing us constant ice to keep our drinks cool. Good breakfast too.

Everything was perfect. We even got room upgrade which was beyond our expectations. Room was very clean and hotel is in the great location, near bus station. Even location is in the main road, it was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great, there was everything you need. Staff was very kind and lovely. Everyone in the hotel was very nice. They told us where we could go and how to get there. The kitchen staff also gave suggestions and was very accommodating. She even helped with our pictures. The foods too tasted very nice. In general, it's a nice place to stay, close to everywhere in the city and even busses to get to other towns, and every staff there was friendly and welcoming.

We requested a double bed in our booking. On arrival, we were given a free "upgrade", but our room had two separate single beds side by side (dressed separately and with a small gap). We asked if we could have a double bed, or at least a mattress topper, however neither was available. A little on the pricy side, but typical for the Santorini.

Lovely pool and very good breakfast. Very good location, a comfortable and short stroll into the centre of town. Proximity of the bus station is very useful. Good size room. Friendly staff.

There’s nothing I didn’t like but I could have done with a proper coffee machine rather than filter machine of coffee.

Great location and very peaceful despite being so close to the main area of Fira. The staff were amazing and helpful. I even requested for a hair dryer with a diffuser and they managed to provide me with one. Lediala, Nikos, John and Andon and the breakfast crew were amazing and ensured we had a wonderful experience.

They have given us private out door Jacuzzi it was great although we didn’t book for it specially but gave us as their kindness and fever.
