For over 20 years I have been spending a few days of vacation every summer in Greece. This place was one of the wonderful places that helped me fall in love with Ikaria. Utopia Cusco and our hosts, Christo and his wife helped us have a dream vacation. The location overlooking the sea, 3-5 minutes walk to Kampos beach and 10 minutes by car to Mesakti was extraordinary. And Christo and his wife are special. We participated with them in the traditional parties on the island and had a wonderful and authentic experience. Thank you Cusco!

Absolutely nothing.

Chris was a gracious host, he was friendly from the start and a wealth of information. The place exceeded our expectations, the beach below was stunning and very private, many time we had it to ourselves. The small taverna a 15 min walk away made home cooked traditional meals with cheese made in house. The restaurant Chris recommended our last night was the best meal we had on the Island and the setting was in a quaint square in the town a 15 min drive worth every kilometre.

We loved the welcome we received at Ikaria-Cusco Studios and the communication with Chris and his father. The location was stunning, on a hillside directly above Kampos Beach and the Aegean sea. Our apartment was the best of our trip--truly spacious, with a large kitchen, stove, oven and all the amenities, a great bathroom/shower and a beautiful bedroom/livingroom in the front with a balcony overlooking the sunrise and sea. Chris is a generous & knowledgeable host, and a talented artist, too. He has a beautiful gallery space on the property featuring photographs and paintings of Ikarian artists. What a treat staying at Ikaria/Cusco Studios was in our two-week trip around the island. We'll be back!

A lovely little resort right above the beach and far enough away from the road to be very quiet. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and everything you need is provided. We'd love to come back!

Nice view, big and clean apartment. They really pay attention to details, very well equipped house. We even had the powder to wash the clothes. Cleaning lady was coming every day. They had spare umbrellas for the beach.

Comfortable, well equipped traditional apartment with a fantastic view. Lovely walks in the valley with goats, geese and sheep. Chris who runs the place is a lovely relaxed and kind soul always ready to help. His wife Gordana is also a beautiful person. I hope to return soon.

If you are looking for calmness in Ikaria, this is the place. The room was spacious and equipped with all you need. The sunrise at the sea is beautiful at this location. The Kampos beach with two small beach bars is located directly below and it is not crowded during the day. Christos and Gordana are very friendly hosts and they gave us many useful tips for our excursions in Ikarian villages. Excellent choice for our trip in this beautiful island!

Minor improvement points: - the accommodation was filled with ants and especially around the kitchen areas - the AC on the 2nd floor was smelling poorly every time it would turn on

We had the apartment for 4 people split on 2 floors. We loved this place and we loved the island ! My parents joined us for a couple of days and ended up extending their stay since we found the apartment very comfortable as well as the island amazing ! The location is just next to the beach and isolated from noises and people. A real place for rest and meditation. We felt we had a lot of privacy. The owner was super nice and always available if needed. We highly recommend this place for staying in Ikaria !

We had a spacious room and balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking the Kampos beach. Our lovely hosts provided helpful information on what to do/ visit and gave a culture vibe to their place. Definitely recommended as a perfect retreat.

It wasn't a problem but should perhaps mention that hiring a car is recommended. Accommodation is down a dirt track.
