Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, lovely (and cheap) bar on the premises

An simple and not expensive improvement would be curtains on the beds to enable reading in bed when others sleep and not to be disturbed by light when others return to the room late in the night.

This is a wonderful hostel. If you don’t mind the walk up the hill (there is also bus) and you like peace and quiet in the Old town it’s perfect. I have been so welcomed by Sofia, Georgios and Limonia. Also I think it’s the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed at, so special credit to the cleaner also (Angela?).

The partition wall separating living area from bedroom has a big gap along the top. So street light lights up bedroom at night. Use eye patches. Need to be quiet if in kitchen when people are sleeping too. Lots of tourist places are nearer the promenade so there is lots of walking from this hostel. When returning, mostly uphill. Good exercise and you get to explore the city more. Thessaloniki is big. All in all though, nice vibe in hostel which also is influenced by who stays.

Very clean and spacious. Air con in bedroom. Toilet separate from shower. I was downstairs in separate self-contained unit with 4 others. Comfy beds. Own entrance with key to come and go. Cafe upstairs but unit had basic kitchen too. Upstairs you can walk to triangle tower. 5mins walk from Vlatadon monastery and acropolis for sunset views. Safe, restaurants up top of the hill. Bus 23 services this area. Various bus stops nearby. Generally reliable.

There is a balcony adjoined to the room which is fantastic, but do note that it is adjoined to one of the dormitories. That's not a problem as such, just something to bear in mind.

A highly recommended hostel in a very beautiful setting. My daughter and I stayed in the 2 bed private room and it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

All workers were talking with all visitors with smiley face and when you ask anything about city they helps with their best to you, moreover Iorgos taught me Greek Tavla to play, playing with him Tavla was excellent, next time I will stay at same place again, From Istanbul with Love to all greek friends ❤❤

There was nothing that bothered me.

This is truly my favorite hostel. I visited for the second time and it felt like coming home. The travelers staying there are kind, interesting, and open-hearted; and Sofia and Lemonia truly made my stay the best. The room (female-dorm) is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the terrace is the best for chill evenings or to escape the heat during the day. The location is my personal favorite area of Thessaloniki.

Nothing in particular but the staff tended to keep to themselves and I thought that the prices for the coffees and from the bar were excessive which meant that you had to cater for yourself from the local supermarket.

Good atmosphere with communal areas enabling you to meet and converse with other travellers. Dormitories were immaculate.

Air conditioning in the female dorm would be sweet! Even though it stayed surprisingly cool with outside temperatures around 35 degrees.

Super sweet, small Hostel away from all the city noise, 10 Minute Walk downhill/ 20 Minutes uphill from city center close to city wall ruins. Very spacious, female dorm, nicely renovated with own, well equipped kitchen, lockers and bathroom. Very friendly stuff! Little Café on the terrace included, supermarket & ATM close by. Easy to reach by walking or bus from city center.

It is a very cozy hostel in a very nice place in Thessaloniki, with a beautiful view out on the city. The staff is friendly and there is a lovely shared space, inside and outside.

The only problem is the location. You literally have to climb there from the center, takes around 25 minutes. Not the best thing to do in summer :/

Comfy from the start. Laundry for only 3 Euros. Clean. Air-conditioning. Adorable. The beds make no noise. It attracts really respectful experienced travelers. It's only about a 15-20 minute walk to city center but just that distance makes it a really peaceful neighborhood. Bus 23 is practically right outside the door if you don't want to walk and you can pay on the bus by card if you don't want to buy tickets.

I stayed here for 1 night in the 4 bed female only dorm. I was greeted by very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable with really nice sheets. Our room had a self contained kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend this Hostel for solo female travellers, it is amazing value for money and the location is perfect with easy bus connections down town and an incredible view of all of Thessaloniki and the sea.
