The room was big.

When we arrived, the reception was empty because the reception is at the bar. We waited few minutes before the host would do something. The pool is not blue like in the picture at all, it is green. I would never swim inside, it is really disgusting. It is middle august and the pool is green, I don’t understand how it is possible. The room is old and has stains everywhere around. The bedsheets have big stains too. It is disgusting. The last morning, it is mentioned on Booking that check-out is until 12pm. In fact, it is only until 10am. It has never been mentioned during the check-in. Also, when you park in front of the hotel, it stinks because you have a lot of trashes there.

The rooms were very clean, personnel happy and helpful. For Rethymno the price is fair.

The double rooms in front of the road are a little bit noisy for the night. The pool was nice but not crystal clear.

- Luck of sanitary in the bathroom 🚻 - The main room door was not working (unable to close the door only possible to close by locking the door. - 1 day - no hot water due to electricity issues. All else was ok. Thanks!

There was nothing to not like.

Stayed there for one night, the room was clean, air conditioning working, the room was in the ground floor and I loved that the balcony was two meters away from the swimming pool so can jump in and out any time you like and don't have to walk around in the corridor. Water in the swimming pool was very warm.

Spacious family room. Clean property and well maintained even when a bit dated. Clean pool with enough sun beds. Gluten free breakfast available upon request. 5 min drive from Rethimno centre.

Noisy as on road side. Hard beds so not ideal when having back problems.

Very very loud (basic room). It's located next to road number 90 - the busiest road on Crete.

We booked this accommodation but we didn’t stay here as they had a problem in the system and they had no available room on the date but they offered us accommodation in another hotel with no extra fee which was very good.

Clean, bedding & towels changed every 2 days . Lovely family owners. Small bar & restaurant serving some foods, i.e., breakfast & super pizza, etc, available.

A nice hotel and friendly staff. Having a pool is really nice but the seafront is also close. Not too far away from city center, you can take bus 20 or just a taxi for 12 euros.

Noise, the hotel is right next to the highway, and the cars are loud. Sadly got woken up at 4:45 am by the very noisy dumpster truck taking the garbage away.

Breakfast was basic, but good.

Rooms are large with good air conditioning and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and our room was cleaned twice. Location was good, only a short walk from beach and restaurants.

The rooms are very basic and quite tired. Things don’t seem to be very well maintained. Pool was not clean, the water was green and you could not see the bottom so we did not use it. This may not be the fault of the hotel as the weather was extremely hot and I think there was a water shortage, we were disappointed that our children couldn’t use it, but there are other public pools within a short walking distance which we used instead. The shower head in our room was broken and fixtures were very tired and basic however for what you pay it was ok
