The double rooms in front of the road are a little bit noisy for the night. The pool was nice but not crystal clear.

The rooms were very clean, personnel happy and helpful. For Rethymno the price is fair.

Noisy as on road side. Hard beds so not ideal when having back problems.

Spacious family room. Clean property and well maintained even when a bit dated. Clean pool with enough sun beds. Gluten free breakfast available upon request. 5 min drive from Rethimno centre.

Very very loud (basic room). It's located next to road number 90 - the busiest road on Crete.

A bit noisy Some people does not respect others ! They come at 2 am screeming talking loud ! Despite of that we had a great time and the guy at the reception was super nice and not responsible for the behaviour of other customers

Noise, the hotel is right next to the highway, and the cars are loud. Sadly got woken up at 4:45 am by the very noisy dumpster truck taking the garbage away.

A nice hotel and friendly staff. Having a pool is really nice but the seafront is also close. Not too far away from city center, you can take bus 20 or just a taxi for 12 euros.

The mattress was very hard and you could feel the springs. I would suggest them to put a foam mattress on top to make it more comfortable.

The air conditioning leaked water in room 301. The fridge wasn't very cold, the milk section wouldn't hold the carton & was broken on one end. There were very little kitchen utensils, eg mugs, large bread knives.

Very nice hotel, great value for the money. Pool is great. Its near lots of resturants and shops. The location is great for day trips to the lake, rethymano preveli and kalypso beach.

The shower curtains are too short and water splashes everywhere. The location is not quite close to the beach, and the pool water shiuld have been changed.

Everything was fine, maybe it isn't so close to the centre of Rethymno, where also beach is a bit better

Not enough utensils in kitchen area, no ice cube tray or large sharp knife. Cups very small. Lamps didn't work properly.

The balcony & view in room 301 was fantastic. The pool was nice & quiet too! Good room service.

There was breakfast provided but I brought my own coffee and there was no actual coffee machine in the room, just a kettle. Only one electrical outlet. I had to unplug the TV to plug the kettle in.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The room was spotless. The wifi was very good. The breakfast was outstanding. I accidentally broke a bottle on the patio and they were very forgiving. Although situated in a busy area, the property was a peaceful oasis, with a nice pool.

When we arrived, the reception was empty because the reception is at the bar. We waited few minutes before the host would do something. The pool is not blue like in the picture at all, it is green. I would never swim inside, it is really disgusting. It is middle august and the pool is green, I don’t understand how it is possible. The room is old and has stains everywhere around. The bedsheets have big stains too. It is disgusting. The last morning, it is mentioned on Booking that check-out is until 12pm. In fact, it is only until 10am. It has never been mentioned during the check-in. Also, when you park in front of the hotel, it stinks because you have a lot of trashes there.

- Luck of sanitary in the bathroom 🚻 - The main room door was not working (unable to close the door only possible to close by locking the door. - 1 day - no hot water due to electricity issues. All else was ok. Thanks!
