It was so beautiful and remote. You felt like you were the only one there but it was also so close to the main town.

Wonderful location overlooking the valley and the ocean. Michael (the owner) welcomed us and made our stay super amazing. The villa is fully equipped and allows for a perfect, quiet, self-catered stay. We stayed with our 2-year old toddler, and Michael provided a baby crib and even some toys for him to play with. You'll need a car during your stay, but the villa is super easy to reach with Google Maps, and within 10 minutes of driving, you're within the small city next-by. Overall, highly recommended.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom property just 10 minutes drive uphill from the town and beaches. It has a gorgeous view with big windows. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, and recommended great restaurants and things to do.

The beds are a bit hard, but this not a complaint, more of a personal preference.

We had a lovely stay at the villa for a few nights. Niki and her husband were incredibly responsive and kind. Checking in and out was very easy and straightforward. The villa itself is great! It has AMAZING views to the water, as well as everything you need, like a full kitchen and a washing machine, which is always a plus on a long vacation!

Being a new house, the area outside was not still completed and therefore mainly in the morning not suitable to be used, too hot.

It is a very comfortable house, completely new (the owner told us it has been completed in May 24), furnished in a very lovely way with all you can need, including a full set of tools to cook and with induction cooker (we have dinner there 3/4 times). It is in a great position, in the hills above Agios Nikolaos. Plenty of space to park our car. Above this house there is another one, we had very quiet neighbors. Air conditioning in both sleeping rooms, comfortable beds. Also the bathroom is nice with a very efficient shower.

Unfortunately we only had one night to enjoy the fabulous view and well appointed villa. The villa is well equipped, spotlessly clean and host very helpful. Welcome package amazing. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer.

Our vacation here was fabulous. As a first-time user of the new villa, it was even more pleasant. Michael and Niki really thought of every detail when setting it up. Everything was good, just a little bit colder to walk on the floor without slippers, because the floor is not parquet but tiles... but maybe in summer it's perfect. 🌞 So we recommend the place and good host's ❣️

It's very nice little home with 2 bedrooms, perfect for people who want some privacy and want to take an minute to get the rest from the people & city hard-preshure life. Very satisfied with the view, and the back yard were you have summer kitchen for a barbeque 😉. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need, and it's have good vibes to get perfect rest ❤️!

Niki and Michael were the best hosts ever, they showed us around, lit the fireplace and responded quickly when we got questions. The house itself was comfortable and not to mention the location and view were unbeatable. It rained continuously during the two nights we stayed but it didn't spoil our mood since the accommodation became the destination!! Highly Recommended!!

The best view you could find around Agias Nikolaos. Very comfy house with a very big yard. Perfect place for families that looking to explore east Crete and the host is the best and super helpfull!

The house is beautifully situated on a hill above Agios Nikolaos. The view is fantastic. There are no houses above and the nearest neighbours are about 100m away so it's really quiet by day and night. The house was well prepared and clean and the owners very hospitable. Thanks!

Maybe the internet connection could be a little better, but this was not a problem for us at all.

The house, the location and the owners are exceptional. The view will reward you and cure any badness you might carry. We had a great time, I wish it was more.

The outdoor area is lovely, with a BBQ, spacious garden, and plenty of seating options. We ended up spending more time inside due to the weather, and found the indoor spaces a bit less comfortable. The couch could be cozier, and the beds felt a little worn. The kitchen equipment also seemed slightly outdated, but overall it was still a pleasant stay.

We received a warm welcome, and the BBQ area was already set up, allowing us to enjoy a lovely barbecue in the evening sun. The view is indeed breathtaking.
