We had apartment 850 and Wi-Fi didn't work in one of the rooms. Even in all-inclusive, not all drinks in the bar are all-inclusive – there are many included but also as much drinks not included (eg. mohito). Ice cream not that good – they tasted like made of powder. The evening concerts were nice but in other such hotels there sometimes is this huge stage with a scene, performances, acting, etc. – here it was very small and cameral, which may be a plus for some, but a minus for others.

Tasty food, we arrived very late so the hotel provided us with food bag, nice evening cameral concerts. Very very very friendly staff and I can't express that enough. We could rent a scooter from the hotel (highly recommended!). Beautiful place, nice swimming pools (the further one is better and less crowded).

The food was very disappointing. There was very little variety, and even the creativity of the chef could not disguise that we were being served leftovers from previous meals. It was difficult to get hot water for a shower because when you leave your room, there is no electricity to warm the geyser.

We loved the pools and the atmosphere at the resort. Only a short walk to the beach and the bus stop, which was very convenient. The staff are very friendly and our family room was a good size, clean and had excellent air-conditioning. My son loved the ice-cream at pool! The entertainment in the evening and the pool party were great fun.

The food was so-so, and the nightly entertainment was pretty terrible, however we couldn't mark the hotel down for it as everything else was simply perfect.

Everything was just about perfect, ok the food wasn't amazing, however it was fresh daily. The room, an apartment 818, was immaculate, the shower was powerful and once we had requested a mattress topper, the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area near the apartments was 5 star hotel quality, the pool was a comfortable temperature, the drinks on offer were nice, as we're the snacks and endless ice-cream from 10am to 6pm. This was the most relaxing holiday ever, staying in a well run and well managed hotel. 10/10 for us!

Beds are a little stiff but an extra cocktail makes it not so bad 😀

It was brill for the price we paid, the food always had at least one thing I liked but mostly there was more than one choice for a fussy eater like myself, it was really quiet in the right places, the 2nd pool in the village apartments was lovely and caught the sun until 8pm, drinks were decent, was a little bit ropey more than once going back to the room after a day in the sun on cocktails, supermarket isn’t far as all if you need anything, all around we loved it and will be looking to come back.

The food is okay but not great. Its canned food and there is not much variety. When you are a functional eater and dont mind to eat the same for a few days, its okay. The place does feel a bit dated in most areas. I dont think this is a 4 star hotel. I've been in better 3 star hotels.

Very friendly staff who are always genuine happy to help you. Both pools are nice and big. Every day the room will be cleaned and you get more than enough fresh and good quality towels. Friendly cats roam the resort and always like to get some attention :) The hotel is located on a nice and quiet location, but its recommended to rent some kind of transport if you want to go somewhere. A strip of beach is in walking distance. The hotel has a small shop so you dont have to leave the hotel when you want something to eat or drink in the hotelroom (which has a big fridge).

Food was pretty average but always enough for all people and quite many options. Drinks also were very average and there was a very poor choice of cut fresh fruits (pretty much watermelon every meal and some not cut apples/oranges in the bowl). Terrible juices that were more like an artificial soda. Quite annoying part that smoking was allowed on the terrace during the meal time so you never really could enjoy the meal (and there were people with kids, pregnant, people with allergies). I think forbidding smoking during the meals or at least separate the area on the terrace can significantly improve the experience of both smoking and non-smoking people.

Big relaxed hotel, 2 pool areas so there were enough beds and not so crowded. We stayed in an apartment that was big and spacious. Cleaning was done every day even if we put the do not disturb sign :) They allowed us to stay and use all facilities under the late evening when we were leaving. Location is ok, about 10 min walk to the beach, but it's definitely the best beach area on Kos. A big parking area is enough for everyone. One evening there was a Greek night with music and dances which was nice.
