It was an extremely busy hotel so not particularly relaxing. Activities for kids could be better signposted.

The lunch hours were a bit tight with out kids' nap times. Also dinner hours. If they could start dinner 30 minutes earlier it would be great. Also with lunch. The water park opens at 10:30 which is a bit late IMO, and closes at 17:30, which is a bit early IMO. They could have the water park close at 18:00 or 18:30 so it will overlap with dinner. The family disco (which has many kids activities) only starts at around 20:30, which is very late for small children. They could start the activities earlier. For example, it could start at 17:30, when the water park closes.

The resort itself is amazing. It's vast, but walkable. The pools are great, and the water park is a lot of fun. They serve snacks throughout the day, which is great. We stayed at the Family Grand Suite, which is huge. The room was really clean and all the amenities in it worked properly.

If I had to make a complaint it would be the location of the hotel as there isn't much to do and the little town was very basic but if you just want to chill in the hotel it's great and has everything you need.

We have just come back from a week's stay and it was brilliant! The hotel was lovely, rooms were comfortable, lovely staff, great facilities and entertainment for the kids and the food and drink options were super! I really don't have any complaints!

The resort is oriented for families and kids, not suited if you are looking for a romantic quiet vacation. Also take into account that the resort is located on a hillside so there is a bit of 'climbing' traveling between the hotel facilities, but not a major issue, we were OK with the baby stroller, no complaints . would definitely return for a visit.

We were a family of 8 pers. with two kids (1 & 3 years old), 3 rooms. The resort is oriented for kids with plenty of facitities and activities to keep them happy throughout the day. shows at the open air theatre in the evenings, pools of every size and depth ( incl. toddlers), jumping castle. table tennis, arcade games, billiard tables ( FIFA tournament) and of course the great water park, and more. The 3 meals a aday and food were exceptional. with snacks available all day until late night. And drinks (incl alcohol) all included. Even a special buffet for kids. There are several a la carte restaurants and you can only visit one of them ( your choice) in a week, we tried Italian which was nice but really the main dining room is more than enough with great food and changing variety. a nice beach with some free water sports (jets ski is not). The rooms are mostly OK. not luxurious but clean, spacious, and obviously with A/C. but who spends time in the rooms ? Nearby in walking distance from the hotel is a very small village with tavernas and 2 shops. Other than that you will need to hire a car to travel elsewhere. 2 car rentals are also close by. The staff are highly friendly and attentive from the cleaning service to dinning room and desk. highly recommend this place for families with kids. Many thanks to all the staff !! We loved our stay.

The kids loved the water slides, the Swimming pools, the variety of the food they could choose from and some of the shows. We appreciated the polite staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the view from the room was amazing and the fact that there was always a decent food choice, no matter what time it was.

Ants and old furniture rooms at bungalows. Several times we had invasions by small black ants. The room service reacted during the day, but it happened several times. Finally we bought anti- ants spray and it stopped. A little bit bothering, but understandable situation. Furniture is a little bit old and useable many years. As compare to the prices I think it could be better.

All provided services were great: food, pools, location, smiling staff etc. Good organised services for family stay. We didn’t regret to stay here and recommend it to our friends.

We enjoyed our time here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms could be a bit better but they do the job just fine. The food is diverse enough for an all inclusive hotel. We enjoyed the a la carte restaurant(we liked the greek one the best and the Antikristo barbecue) Nice small beach The hotel offers a dine out experience at “the Captain tavern”, at the village near by, the food was good and the village was nice too Overall we really had a good time

Bed was a little soft but everything else was perfect.

We loved the beautiful beach, the pools and the delicious food. Our unit was very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our daughter needed so see a doctor while were there and the on-site doctor was great. The local town is lovely to visit too. Our children didn’t use the kids club, but they enjoyed the bouncy castle in the evenings and loved the ice-creams, drinks, crepes and slushies they could get between meals.

In the intro, a big point is made about people not hogging sun beds and that towels will be monitored and reviewed. However this monitoring and action doesn’t happen at all so don’t declare something if it isn’t done.

Kids club is not available to kids 3 years old. They need to go to babyland which does not meet the requirements In addition to kids who don't speak German the kids club is not fit.

The ladies in the reception did everything to ensure we were ok. With the reservation department they went above and beyond to find us another room. The food was ok not the best in class but clean and you can find what to eat

A mix up with our rooms, we had booked 2 garden studios & ended up with 2 regular double beds - inappropriate for the family booking we had made. It’s a big place with up to 1000 people staying - you just have to find the quiet spots for your sanity! Definitely aimed at families with younger children. We went to the external restaurant that is part of your stay, it was very average. Good to get off the hotel for a change & discover that there was actually a nice little village however the food wasn’t brilliant & you only get a small choice of 3 options as opposed to the whole menu.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. We used the Italian restaurant for breakfast as the main hotel was too hectic. The staff got to know you and even got my coffee request - thanks Stefano, a cortado! The place was extremely clean and the staff worked hard. Good number of pools & own beach. Food was plentiful, with an exceptional meal at the Asian restaurant.

The all inclusive dinner option was only one restaurant. Could have done with another option to mix things up a bit! That said, the one restaurant was excellent so we barely cared.

Heaven for parents and children alike. The all inclusive included all day dining and drinks. The rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious. Everything was targeted at families with small children- there were no environmental hazards or breakable statues/plants/glassware laying about, kids could roam around and just be kids without having to worry about the other guests (because they all had kids too!).

Location, food, staff and facilities are top notch for the price. Best for families with kids younger than 14-15yo. Hotel offers transportation to and from airport, which is also very professional and comfortable (we chose a van: 7 seater)

It wasn’t clear that you could only book two restaurants during the stay. The staff helped with this though and added a further option, however, it would have been good to know in advance as eating buffet food for 10 days is a long time. Also, the only onsite restaurant that wasn’t a buffet was the Asian one, which was incredible. The others were not a la carte, but buffets too. Really don’t want this to be an issue though as the holiday, staff and standard of food was great.

Great pools and the staff were excellent. The aqua-park was great and the buffet standard was very high.

Honestly all around good!

A great place to go with your kids! They paid attention to the details. They brought a cake to our room for our son's birthday without us asking. Added a guardrail for the bottom bunk without us asking after seeing we put a blanket at the edge. The food was quite good for an all-inclusive and the Asian restaurant was our favorite. Great activities for the kids and plenty of pools and lounge chairs.

The bed and pillows weren't super comfortable. Rooms were a bit outdated. Towel exchange was a bit annoying.

The buffet had a great selection of food and lots of restaurants and options to choose from. The staff were absolutely wonderful and really went above and beyond. The beach was lovely and everything on the resort was really easily accessible. I also really loved that unlike other resorts, the staff monitored the lounge chairs by the pools and would remove towels that had not been used in a few hours.
