Bit deceptive in that the photo was not that of the place i stayed in… the refrigerator lulled me into a false sense of serenity by turning itself off… then ten minutes later it came on again with gusto all night long, on off, on off. This combined with the rural soundscape of dogs chatting away and ‘Cocky’ the Cockerel next door who was more accurate than an atomic clock at reminding us it’s time to get up (04:00) or by mistake on one occasion (01:00 during a full moon!). All in all it was the setting overlooking an Olive grove with Sardinian warblers and Chettis warblers combining with Doves, Sparrows, Cirl buntings (not forgetting ‘Cocky’ the ruddy cockerel and John and Margarita who were without doubt the stars of the stay… fabulous, warm engaging hosts who were able to circumnavigate my inability to speak any inteligible Greek.

The location was superb with far reaching views out to sea and a ringside view of the rising sun. I will repeat this in a moment, but the owners John & Margarita were worth the price of admission alone, they were so hospitable and met you with a smile and a friendly hello whenever you saw them, they kept the place spotless

Family run accommodation. John and Margareta very welcoming hosts always ready to help if needed. Situated in northern part of Zante just few minutes walk to two beautiful and quite beaches. Studio was very nicely rebuilt and it is even bigger than photos show. Having free wine, water and olives on arrival. Even wine beiing filled up every 3 days as complimentary which was such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this place.

It is a very nice property in a tranquil location, far from any urban noise. Owners are very amiable and helpful. Quick to reply to any messages prior to arrival. They will also leave you a welcome gift. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed frequently. I would definitely stay again.

Your terrrace is very close to the neigbor.

Vert friendly reception. Complimentary wine, olive oil … and when they cleaned they also refilled the wine. Stunning views. Close to at nice, secluded beach.

My stay at Climati Studios was just perfect! Yanis and Margarita war such warmhearted people and they helped me with everything I needed help :) The area is tranquil and perfect if you want to relax and recover at small very natural beaches. The apartment was very nice with sea view and also very calm. Thank you for having me! :) I will be back.

Although it isn't really a bad thing but IMO it is better to rent a car/quad/scooter to go to places, especially when it is hot in summer, unless if you don't mind walking for 5-10 mins to supermarket or restaurants (which is still doable but driving a quad along the island is quite fun!)

The location isn't near any crowded or touristy area, but completely in reach of all the things you need for a super relaxing and peaceful holiday (complete seaview room & terrace, nearby supermarket, decent seaside restaurants, a few very nice white peddle beaches). Besides, our host John and his family were super friendly and helpful! He helped out with lots of different things including arranging taxi driver, quad rental, etc. I highly recommend Climati if you're looking for a place to be away from noises and just be at peace with the sea and local island vibe.

Nothing!

The owner was amazing! He went out his way to help with everything and anything. From providing local olive oil, wine, olives, fruit, and water on arrival to giving us lifts to local restaurants, pools and the port. He helped us to arrange car hire locally for a really good price and helped when we had any problems. really the best Greek hospitality I’ve ever come across. The view from the apartments is stunning- wrap around sea views, olive groves and the song of crickets. The small cove across the road is peaceful, picturesque and has crystal clear waters. The whole north of the island is much prettier, quieter and classier than the south with amazing boutique style restaurants with incredible interiors and sea views. overall a truly excellent value for money, traditional Greek property in a stunning location.

Nice studio with perfect sea view. We were surprised by welcoming local olives and vine, and also plate of fruits and water. Cleaning and fresh towels was every 3 days. There are two great beaches nearby, ~ 5-10 minutes on foot. In Mikro Nisi there is an option to rent a boat and spend whole day sailing around the island. John and his wife are such a wonderful people, so friendly and helpful, they took us to see Navagio viewpoint cause we had no car, it was very lovely to spend the evening with them.

we visited 4 different low cost accommodation on Zakynthos and this was the worst (others was perfect) noise from rooms every night (5x bad sleep) poor kitchen equipment - we wanted cook... neighborhood without shops and restaurants

Outdated rooms

September 2023, beautiful location, 2 beaches within 5/10 minutes walking distance. cafe around the corner that is open until 7 am. You do need a car for the supermarket or restaurants. The accommodation has a beautiful view of the sea, but the rooms are very outdated. John the host very friendly and helpful.

The glowing reviews do not match up to the poor maintenance in the studio we had. The kitchen was pretty dire. The hobs didn't work, and the knobs were so old that the numbers were rubbed off of them (see photos). They had a separate plug-in-hob sitting on the table when we arrived which we wondered about until we realised the double hob did not work. The plug in hob was tiny and we had to use that one small surface to cook everything. The frying pan was horrendously scratched up and not fit for purpose. There were only a few basic items for preparing food so don't arrive thinking you'll cook much as it is a single very small cooking surface with very few items for food prep, and cooking takes forever because of this. There is also a problem with the bathroom shower and/or floor drain. No matter how careful you are with the tiny shower and curtain, shortly after you shower there is water all over the floor, so much so it runs out of the bathroom and into the main room. We think it might come up from the floor drain but we didn't see it actually happen. There was a bathmat placed on the floor OUTSIDE the bathroom door when we arrived which we found random, but after the first shower we understood why. They must know about this problem, thus the bathmat just outside the bathroom, in the same way they must know about the hob not working, thus the tiny plug in replacement hob.

Amazing sea view from the terrace. We loved sitting out there and relaxing. Aircon and wifi were good. We were left olive oil, wine, olives, water and cakes upon arrival. Host whatsapped me the night before we arrived to tell me where to find the key and to bring water since you can't drink the water from the taps. You definitely need a car, quad or scooter to stay here, but there is covered parking right outside which is wide and easy to navigate into.

Not enough kitchen appliances. I would like a better frying pan.

The owner is a very kind and friendly person. He helped us with any question. We had the best beach on the island.
