First off, Cliff Side Suites went above & beyond to meet me and my sister’s needs. If you’re impatient, dramatic & high-end person that pays to get what you deserved (whether it’s a romantic honeymoon, a girls trip or family trip); you should definitely consider staying here. The management, customer service, greeting & clean team was extremely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place and haven’t met people that cares so much for quality rather than quantity. With how stressful and tired we were with traveling between Italy & Greece, Christopher with management (online booking/marketing) ensured that we had a car waiting at the airport even with a 20 minutes to an hour short of a notice. He made sure we weren’t overpaying & were well treated. Georgie greeted us at the parking lot & offered to help with our bags. He also went as far as carrying our luggage’s to our room after check-in. Stratigoula with receptionist made sure we were well aware of the area (where to eat at depending on our preference & suggested a few tours), she even shared with us the Greek cultural when we asked (one of the most amazing people I have ever met). During our whole stay there, they have always checked-in with us to see how we were doing. Very attentive and we were truly cared for by all the staff. The breakfast was amazing and the view was everything. I was outside throughout the whole night with my sister talking stories and enjoying the breeze. It felt safe & the 24 hour service was truly amazing. Sia with management was sincerely so graceful with us & to everyone that came in. The culture was shared and was appreciated by me & my sister. When we tried to tip the staff, they said we didn’t have to. The staff truly cared about their customers & treated everyone so well. Attached were some of the pictures & videos. This wouldn’t even do justice as the service was exceptional. I would stay here a thousand times more!

The owners made you feel like family! They were very accommodating and kind. The property was immaculate and absolutely beautiful.

The only thing we would say is our shower was very small. However, that would not prevent us from staying there again.

Amazing view from all rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect as it is also very close to Fira.

The breakfast was very basic, and the eggs were always cold because they had been prepared in advance. When the food ran out, it wasn’t replenished, so the quantity was always limited.

The location is great if you want to be away from crowds and the staff was super helpful! Had an amazing time!

The breakfast could be improved, although the view is insanely beautiful.

Great view, clean spaces, spacious rooms. We got an upgrade to our room for free. Check in was 2h earlier. Victor helped us to carry our bags. Everyone is polite and ready to help.

Wifi is great in the rooms but not so good around the hotel area. Breakfast is very basic, nothing special.

Great spot about a 15min walk into Fira. It is not as busy Fira and has beautiful views. Our room was a suite and was a very good size and had lovely furnishings. Thank goodness for the strong and very fit staff who helped carry our bags up and down all the stairs!

It’s not that i didn’t like it, but I think people should be aware that there are many stairs to all the different levels and may not be suitable for some. The pool / bar area is also quite small with limited lounges.
