Be prepared. This is a “cave” unit. No windows other than the door where the shutter can be opened. You cannot see anything outside when in the unit. Smaller than it looks online, very little room for suitcase.

Location was perfect. In the middle of everything with easy access. Amazing view from outside sitting area. (Not inside) Owners very helpful and very attentive. Hot tub clean, room was clean.

Lack of privacy, all the jacuzzi are next to each other and wall are really thin.

Not so much a not like but we did have an issue with the above aircon unit flooding in front of our front door which unfortunately meant whilst it was being fixed meant we couldn’t use the hot tub/plunge pool. This could not be helped as it was coming from the building above us. Personally if we were here longer wouldn’t have cared at all. However, Danae got this sorted for us ASAP. Another which again isn’t the host or property’s fault, just purely the location. Inconsiderate tourists blocking the view and taking photos literally on your balcony. When you have paid to enjoy it privately in the comfort of your own place.

The view from the balcony of the superior suite with hot tub was second to none the biggest reason we booked to stay here. The bed was an absolute dream, probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Aircon was great, quiet and the added bonus of the dehumidifier. The decor was beautiful and loved the authentic cave with a modern twist. Location is amazing, so close to everything in Fira! Finally, the host Danae - she was incredible, friendly and really hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. You can tell she really cares about making your experience the best.

Not having a reception wasn’t ideal - we didn’t get toilet paper or towels one day & had no way of getting them.

I did not take the exchanges with the owner?/property mgr? as being fully transparent. I asked about the picture of the ocean view that is on their site and if they could provide a specific picture of the view from the patio area of my particular room (which is #1 … the basic room/least fancy). The response was that the view was pretty much the same for all rooms. Not true. Only 2 of the 5 rooms have the nice view on the website. The others three don’t … it’s quite blocked by patio umbrellas and some other stuff.

Location on the cliffs was great. Not too far down (and thus increasing the number of steps you need to haul your luggage), but just enough to give you the whole experience of a lodge on the cliffside. Local staff was great too.

There is no front desk. Bit messy when you arrive in Santorini early and want to leave your lugage. We were kindly given a restaurant to leave our lugage at by the host, then had a trek to another restaurant to meet her at check-in time . We were left waiting for the host to arrive in a crowded area, which is a viewing point for a restaurant and asked to move by them. It was exposed in the hot sun, and the host was 10 minutes. Any reason why guests can not leave lugage at the Cliff Aura Suites in the outside area it appeared safe and secluded. May also be a good idea to get hosts to wait at the suites rather than on the busy exposed street. Besides that, we had a great stay.

Cons: Room very small, no window, and poor ventilation in the bathroom so there was a musky smell. The hot tubs are not private and shared in an open area. The location is great but since it’s in the opposite side of the sunset sidewalk there are people standing right in front of you.

Pros: Super helpful staff, friendly workers, great location, comfortable beds, and good viewing area.

Danae was a great host, she helped out with organizing everything, was very prompt and responsive. From taxis to car rentals to wine tours and restaurant recommendations, she was on top of everything. She truly made the stay pleasurable.

I made a few suggestions like extra towel hooks and maybe some lighting showing the steps especially at night. A bit more privacy for the hot tubs would have been nice but the hot tub and the view was incredible.

We arranged a pick up from the ferry port. We were met and taken to our host who directed us to our room. She showed us around and then provided a bunch of information on places to eat, nightlife, things to see etc. She was extremely helpful and easy to reach when I had questions. She went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

We were warmly greeted by Danae who met us in town and walked us to the apartment. She was very friendly and made us feel automatically welcomed. The location was also perfect right in the middle of town with lots of restaurants a stones through away. Would definitely return!

Room furniture Tv , could hv been better quality ; some basic crockery like glasses plates hot water cattle needs to be provided. On our request host got us hot water cattle rest all ok , though no breakfast facility but next door you get every thing of your choice .

WiFi was poor / non-existent. Reception on phone was poor, so it was difficult with mobile data as well. No cover for duvet. Only 2 pillows provided.

What we didn't like was the fact that the Wi-Fi wasn't really functioning. The flat looks nice but if you look closer, you can see corrosion on the mirror, the pillows on the chairs outside are fixed with tape, the walls have cracks. The most uncomfortable thing were 2 cockroaches. One outside, one was in the AC. The whole flat was also very humid, as there are only windows in the front and dark. Also you have a whirlpool, but it's next to 3 other flats that also have whirlpool, so there is no privacy.

Our hostess for this accommodation was Danae. She was really nice, communicative and helpful - showed us around the apartment, taught us to use the whirlpool and told us about what to see. The flat is nice, really long, there is fridge. The shower was amazing with strong water pressure. There are little bottles of shampoo/shower gel.

Great hotel, at a great spot!! Danae was amazing, she received us at the hotel and was very caring, even got us an early check in. I would just ask for them to update the exact location of the hotel since you can get lost and its tricky to see it on first sight!! Also please double check the chairs that are outside for guests to sit down, they are a bit old and rusty.

Communication from Irene was excellent-clear, timely, and detailed instructions made our arrival and key pick-up effortless. Danae, our amazing hostess, arranged a smooth airport transfer and warmly welcomed us despite our flight being delayed. She patiently waited until 9:00 PM to greet us in person and personally guided us to our apartment. Danae went above and beyond throughout our stay, offering fantastic recommendations for trips and restaurants, which truly enhanced our experience. Everything was perfect and our stay was genuinely memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place-five stars all around!
