Pool area smelly...... from sewers it smelt like, and we couldn't stay around to use pool, made us feel nauseous, and for the price, we shouldn't have had to pay 20 euros for a sunbed on the beach to get a fresh smell while sunbathing. Not enough greenery, complex is good, but way too much concrete, needs greenery to soften the pool area

Did not like the position of room as there is no sunshine at any time to the balcony, bar was only open to 6pm WHY??, the sitting area for pool is really bad as it smells all day to the drainage issue

The cleaners are not really doing their job, they just clean the bed and that’s it, if you drink coffee they don’t clean up your cup, we where there for 2 weeks I drank a coffee from the bar and the last day the dirty cup was still there, so I don’t know what they really did for 2 weeks but only gave us new towels and make the bed for the rest they don’t do anything, that’s not what I’m used to.

Rooms need cleaning upgrade- there are small things to be fixed like dirty stairs’ wall (it can be painted once in a while to keep fresh white color) or used and damaged bathroom installations (these i think should be covered with protection from slat water, but i am not a specialist). Generally cleaning is satisfactory, but could be better for the status hotel is pretending.

I did like the ambience and staff- at this hotel the best staff starting reception and cleaning staff ending with kitchen/ restaurant staff. They did help me with anything i did ask for. (I asked for cutlery cause take away food from restaurant didn’t give me any- even hotel restaurant was closed they did offer me some) It is a nice cozy spot where you can relax and have intimacy silent and calm surroundings. Pretty good food for breakfast including traditional dishes.

Some of the staff at breakfast were a little abrupt around the closing time arrangements but I understand they had other work to do.

The hotel was beautiful, we had a swim up room which was lovely. The location was ideal. The reception staff were outstanding

Pool needed cleaning more often, and communal areas round by the pool need to be cleaned a little more often. Staff we found a little hit and miss. Some were great, some not so.

poor facilities opening hours, pool & room service etc everything stops at 6pm towels only changed every 2 days, have to leave key card at reception each time you go out shower always flood even though you close door

Stayed here before and really enjoyed our stay so booked to return. With in the two years since we last came it has massively gone down hill. Pool area is always a mess and looking very tired and always dirty. Inside the pool was disgusting and had a pond smell all week with scum marks all round the side. Sun beds half broke / filthy. The buildings themselves look tired and could do with a repaint. The rooms looked half clean when we arrived. The shower was leaking and full of limescale. The air con unit upstairs was full of black mould and has left us coming home feeling ill. The beds are so uncomfortable and have left us with bad backs. Towels changed every 2 days and not daily. Staff were argumentative with us over leaving keys at the reception desk. They just do not seem interested and clearly don’t want to be there. Would not call it 4 star anymore and will not be returning. AVOID at all costs.

Some of the staff had a big focus on selling and making money, in the way of promoting their own tours on the island. And almost got mad at you if you chose another company for your island tours.

The staff in the hotel was genuinely nice and some of them had an actual interest in doing something extra for the people staying at the hotel. A special thank you to Nick who was incredible in his work, he made it even better with his positive energy. So all in all a wonderful place.
