Towels changed every two days and rooms meant to be cleaned, however the bathroom, toilet and shower were never cleaned the whole week we were there. Was glad to just be breakfast only as would have been extremely disappointed if went all inclusive. The food was not great. No fresh fruit for breakfast, but cooked veegetables? Lots of bread, a salad area and some cooked breakfast items and cakes. Lots of wasps about, wasn’t very clean. Most definitely not a 4 star hotel, a 3 star at best.

The room was modern, the air con was wonderful, the bed was very comfy. Staff on reception were friendly as were staff in the dining area. A 5 minute walk to Crystal beach and lots of lovely restaurants.

Not a great view from the room and put in the family area, so very noisy most times. No frills when we said it was our 30th anniversary. Expensive bar. 5 euros for a coffee. Poorly planned restaurant as coffee machine was blocking the doorway causing chaos. Restaurant was so busy we had to go out 3 times for breakfast in 1 week.

We had a 2-rooms bedroom but there was only one air conditioner. Therefore either you renounced to your privacy by keeping the door between the rooms always open (and also in this case the other room remained a bit warm) or you suffered the high temperatures but got your privacy. The toilet broke on the third day (wc wasn't flushing). This meant a continuous noise and the impossibility to use the toilet. After reporting the problem, the staff sent someone to repair the wc but the day after the same problem occurred again. We had to use the toilet in the reception the following days, which is unacceptable! The room was full of ants. A protective glass around the shower would have been nice.

The structure itself was fine, in a quiet street with shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was nice and the price was really good

Tableware (glasses, spoons, forks,...) were not always clean. We got some towels that had holes (they were not dirty, but still). Mosquitos (you cannot open the balcony doors at night, because they immediately enter the room). That is not the property fault or anything, but it is something good to know before going. The doors of the shower were misplaced with those wheels so the doors were hard to open. They also didn't look very clean.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and there was always plenty of options. The room was quiet and had an airconditioning. The location is also great since it is a few 100m away from Kalamaki beach (nice sandy beach, with turtle nests that you have to be careful around). The hotel stuff was friendly and it made possible for us to have breakfast the first day we came instead of the last day, when we were leaving really early. The room was big enough, with one open closet with hangers and some shelves (wasn't a real closet since it was without the doors). The balcony was nice and rather big so there was enough room to dry the wet towels and swimsuits.

The 1 air condition was placed in 1 of 2 the bedrooms, meaning it took a while before it reached the other room where the heat was unberable at night. The bathroom was small, with no curtains and a little worned. The 2+2 pools available at the hotel is 1,5M deep in the big ones and 2 kids pool for smallest, so very good for smaller children. We could have access to poolbar next door, but no kids were allowed there. My kids spent most days at Antonis pool bar which was nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good, you have differents stores near the hotel which sell things you need. It was a short 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach (Paralia Kalamaki beach). Semi good breakfast every day, the same essentials was served more or less (eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, etc). We had room 301 which was good space for my family, 2 adults and 2 young adults, but there were only 1 aircon which was placed in 1 of the rooms. Nice view of the ocean and the small bathroom and shower.

The hotel was difficult to find because the location given in the app is incorrect. The room information was misleading as it was located lower than the ground floor. The sink is located in the hallway, the bathroom only has a toilet and shower. There is a step between the hallway and the room and if the ceramic floor is wet it is dangerous. Due to the standing water around the pool, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

We only had breakfast, which was reasonably varied. When we had problems with the bathroom flooding due to a clogged drain, the reception quickly intervened to fix it.

Although there was a good selection, the food was edible but could have definitely been better. The pool area lacked personality and we ended up going to a different pool hotel with a decent bar attached with music. More effort needs to be made here.

We liked the rooms and the hotel cleaniless. Our room was cleaned every day to a good standard. The decor and hotel environment was pleasant. Receptionist very pleasant on arrival to hotel.

The location was good, just 5 min walk from Kalamaki beach and 5 min car ride from the city centre. The pools were well-kept and clean, also the area was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and with a lot of options.

Room was spacious and felt homely - enough for our family of four. Choice of pools and we could see the sea from our room. We had a garden room which meant easy access to the pool and property. Kids had a blast and loved the breakfast and we felt very safe.

The rooms were not like pictures. In the pics they look new and luxurious but in reality its not like that. When you entered the room, there was a heavy smell like something old, and also the sink in the room wasn't comfortable at all because when we wanted to wash something, water would spill and the floor would get wet no matter how careful we were. Also, there were ants on the floor that would sometimes climb onto the bed, which was very unpleasant.
