Essentially there were only two things which could improve from my viewing point. The shower situation, I am not sure if it was the same at every room, but while showering the water would fill much of the bathroom. The shower itself is not properly sealed down, leaving gaps for water to escape. After the shower you have to mop the water towards a little pit which is right next to the toillet, leaving part of the water to remain on the other side of the toillet. The second thing is the breakfast. There is quite a small variation in breakfast. Every day there is the same menu. The food is not really fresh and the choice is pretty limited for a hote like this. It costs €11 per person, while there is a nice cafe around the corner which makes a lovely breakfast for less money. These two points are, for me, quite small. The breakfast was not that bad and we still made use of it a few times. Furthermore, the shower situation was easily resolved by throwing a towel on the water.

There was a lot to like about the hotel. Firstly, the staff is very kind and helpful. When we arrived they gave us all the information necessary and during our stay there were always in for a chat. On the first night we noticed the shower was slightly broken, we requested a repair and already within one or two hours they fixed it. Furthermore, the room itself was simple, nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a well working airco present and a safe with enough space for some essentials. The cleaning service did a great job as well and worked from Monday till Saturday, delivering clean towels and cleaning the floor from sand. The hotel itself also looks nice, with lovely Cretan decorations and three well-sized pools. The pools have clean water with a very good temperature to enjoy yourself well on a warm afternoon. There are also various objects present next to the pools to use for in the pool (blow-up beds, balls, etc.). Furthermore, the beds along the pool were never fully taken, which always give you the opportunity to enjoy a good amount of sunbathing. During our trip we rented a car and we were happy to see there was enough space to park the car behind the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a busy street which is usually fully occupied by other cars. It is therefore recommended to park the car right behind the hotel. There is also a gate which can be accessed in order to enter the hotel. Sometimes the gate is closed, but you should be able to pull it open en closed again. It only occurred one night that the gate was locked and we had to walk via the front desk.

Rooms were a little dated and the bathrooms definitely need up grading.

The rooms need some renovation as they seem to be old. However, they are in a decent condition.

The only thing I would like to complain is the shower room, which is quite hard to use and with lots of water leakage flowing around the bathroom.

They do cleaning job pretty well. The pool is pretty and clean. The location is perfect for people attending conference, as it is 7 minutes walk from the conference venue and 1 min walk to supermarket.

A very nice hotel, true value for money. It is like a small piece of hidden heaven right next to the main road. We were amazed with the three pools and the gardens around. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is quiet place great for relaxation, still with a very good location. Very big plus for the cleaning ladies, the stuff and the friendly environment. We would definitely try to visit again!

An exceptional hotel! I have traveled a lot and this was a special experience. The location was perfect, close to everything and quiet at the same time. Τhe employees of the hotel were very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we will never forget the pool areas that we have enjoyed every day, especially the breakfast buffet by the third pool. I truly enjoyed my holiday to the fullest and I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the nicest places that a friend recommended to my family. We really felt like home during our stay at Castle Suites. The rooms are so cozy and clean; all the friendly faces around the hotel and in the restaurant are always so welcoming. Our favorite things were the very clean pools, the delicious breakfast and the beautiful gardens all around. The kids loved playing at the children’s pools, feeding the cats and going to the playground. I’m positive we won’t stop coming back to our second home 

The front door had a round handle that I couldn't press hard enough to open. One had to be very strong to open it. When my son wasn't with me, I had to go down and ask some neighbour to help me open the door!! Very frustrating.

The room is not clean, I can see the stains on the glass surface of the desk, blankets have smells, sticky floor. Besides, with all doors and windows closed, I found 3 cockroaches inside the room. The WiFi coverage is very bad as well. The receptionist is not well trained to handle any questions, for example, she asked me to stay outside to get good WiFi connection, she let me wait for 1 hour to get the receipt when checking out.

I liked nothing there. That was the worse accommodation I have ever stayed. The building structure is not bad, gardens and swimming pool look nice, but this hotel feel like a decadent place living on old glories.

We had problems with this hotel since our arrival. At the check-in we were given a room with a broken door and we were not able to lock it. The security guard tried to lock the door for about 15 minutes until he gave up and gave us another room, however before getting to that point we were suggested to wait until the next morning to get the door fixed... ridiculous. The room we were moved to was functional but outdated and in need of repair, especially the bathroom (water leaking, bad shower drainage and a weird to close shower door). The property description is a LIE, the internet does NOT function in any area of the hotel. I was suggested to work from the reception and not even there the internet worked. There is nothing in that hotel to classify it as a 4 stars hotel. Smoking is allowed in all areas and it is common to smell cigarette smoke on your room. Parties and loud mess is also allowed on the rooms and common areas. We had a 10 days stay and 3 different "neighbors" were drinking, shouting, singing, playing with a ball, moving furniture and HAVING SEX on the common areas during the night (10pm to 5am)... and no action was taken by the staff.
