Konstantinos, our host, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. He welcomed us with wine and snacks in the apartment when we arrived late at night. The apartment is perfectly located on Tolo’s main street—just a few minutes’ walk from all the restaurants and, most importantly, only steps away from the beautiful, calm beach. We honestly didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. The apartment itself is stunning—even more beautiful than in the photos. The beds are extremely comfortable, the sea-view balconies are lovely, and the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Without a doubt, this was the best hosting experience we've ever had. Highly recommended!

A real holiday villa in Tolo, stylish and elegant. Two terraces with sea views, a garden with olive trees and bedrooms with high-quality beds. Perfect for a light travel vacation – there is everything you ever need from drinking water to fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. My family and I, including our 2-year-old, had an amazing stay at this apartment in Tolo, Greece. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with two large bedrooms, a great kitchen, and a comfortable living room. We especially loved the two terraces, which provided shade at any time of day, making it perfect for relaxing or enjoying dinner while watching the sun set over the sea. The shower is new and in great condition, and we felt right at home with everything we needed readily available. Konstantinos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we wanted and more. It was a perfect, peaceful stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet retreat right on the beach in Tolo, this is the place to be!

Since the harbor was close, there was litter on the street, but this is not the fault of the accommodation and the host. This would be just a little attention to the municipality of Tolo. Inside, the main street of the village is very beautiful and bright.

The sea was very close, you could bathe in about a minute's walk. There was a wonderful view from the rooms and terrace. The host is very kind and gave us unexpected things. Packages of mineral water, wine in the refrigerator, washing up liquid, washing powder, everything we could imagine. In the end, Konstantinos didn't come to check, but to give a parting gift. Thank you!!! A will recommand this hause for evyrone!

Everything was excellent! Located at the quieter end of Tolo next to the harbour, the property has a really well equipped kitchen and everything you need for perfect holidays. The shower was great and we used the washing machine several times. The villa is very close to the beach and close to many great tavernas and bars. There is generally parking available in the car park next to the villa but in busy times it has its own private parking space close by. When we arrived we were greeted by Konstantinos who made us feel very welcome and showed us round the villa. The last part he showed us was the upper balcony at the front with its magnificent view over Tolo bay. Everything was very clean, all the furniture was good quality and the place is tastefully decorated. As well as the balcony at the front there is a large entertaining area at the side and back which was superb and we used it a lot. We never needed to pay for sunbeds on the beach as we just came back to the villa after swimming in the sea. Konstantinos is an excellent host and he gave us lots of useful local information. We didn’t need to contact him much but when we did he responded in double quick time. He also provided a nice welcome pack of a few food and drink items as well as a nice leaving gift. He is such a nice man and always so helpful. We would like to send him our thanks again and I am sure we will return to Casa Olive soon.

We stayed at Casa Olive for a week. This is a well renovated & appointed apartment. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Close to the beach and near shops & restaurants. Konstantinas was a fine host, and provided us with lovely gifts on our arrival and departure.

Greece still has a lot of noisy scooters, and there were young boys driving back and forth on Friday and Saturday evening until 23h00 before heading out to Nauplion. But overall it was very quiet when we stayed there.

We spent one week with our family (parents + 2 children 9 and 12) in the villa end of April 2023 (first week of Netherlands "May" school vacation) and it has been a fantastic experience. Our very friendly host Konstantinos was there when we arrived to checkin, giving a warm welcome. He handed over the keys and explained everything about the facilities. He also shared a list of recommended restaurants. Konstantinos left groceries in the kitchen (Nespresso cups, water bottles, olive oil, honey, etc) so we didn't need to rush a supermarket upon arrival (which is nearby anyway) First of all about the villa: it is newly renovated, freshly painted, nicely decorated with new furniture giving a refined and luxurious touch. Remarkable: the two bedrooms are equipped with very good beds and mattresses! The front terrace is very nice to have breakfast while the side terrace is good to relax in the afternoon. There is also a brand new and big washing machine. Warm water is provided via a sun boiler system which works very well (in case there's no sun, there's always the option to heat it via electricity). In the kitchen there's also a TV set with Netflix. Secondly about the location: Tolo is less than a 2 hour drive from Athens (airport) and it is easy to reach. We found it an excellent base to explore nearby archeological sites such as Mykene and Epidaurus. The city of Nauplion is just a 15 minutes drive. Tolo is a charming village focused on tourism but with a genuine Greek atmosphere. You can relax on the beach, you can easily rent a boat to visit the nearby islands and also Pegasus Cruise offers a 1 day cruise to Hydra and Spetses that starts from the port in front of the villa. The villa is the second house in the street that starts from the port with a nice kiosk in front. The beach also starts here. There's some port activity of boats being renovated.

As we stayed with family dishwasher and washing machine would have been usefull( we ended up using laundry service in the city which was very fast and convenient).

We loved everything about this property the beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have fantastic views over the bay. the house has two seating areas with views of the sea, and a sunbathing area with views as well, we enjoyed eating outside looking at the lovely view. The house is clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, although we had snacks and takeaway pizza and ate out at the many local restaurants. Konstantinos was brilliant, he greeted us at Casa Olive and showed us round, he arranged a thoughtful welcome pack of essentials and gave us some info on the best restaurants, , we had his number in case we needed to contact him or ask a question. The TV had Netflix which was great and the WiFi was excellent. It really was a lovely holiday, We hired a car at Athens airport and the drive was easy and took about two hours, Konstantinos has a private parking spaces and there is a free car park as well. We used it as a base to visit Mycenae and Nafplio and Epidavrus and also sunbathed on the patio.
