The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The highlight was how they brought all the guests together to celebrate the Greek "Summer Easter" celebration with them. The apartment was great with much welcomed aircon, the pool and hot tub were great and the "pick what you want'" bio garden was a lovely surprise!

Made of Blue is in a beautiful place surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden that’s perfect for children. Our children couldn’t have had more fun! They spent hours in the pool, and there’s even a bio garden where the family grow their own vegetables, which they kindly invited us to help ourselves from. What really made the stay special were Aga and Minos and their wonderful children, so warm and welcoming, and they even organised a pizza dinner for all the guests. We felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended, and if we’re ever back in Crete, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Nothing, it was perfect.

We stayed in the Deluxe Junior Suite, it was even better than in the pictures with a lovely private terrace. We really enjoyed the calm setting with great amenities, it was very relaxing to return here after a day out. The hosts are very friendly, we even got treated to freshly baked goods one afternoon. The room had everything we needed and more, the playground and pool are great for families and there even is a vegetable garden where you can pick whatever you like. Needless to say, I very much recommend Made of Blue!

Part of the kids corner is a bit outdated and can be improved, as most of the toys are broken, but there are still plenty of things for the kids to do there from the huge trampoline, slide and kids pool.

The hosts allowed us to check in earlier, and they were hot and calm. The pools were almost always available just for us, and we enjoyed our time spent here. Recommended for couples, families etc.

Made of Blue has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The views are spectacular, the interior of the apartments are so beautiful and homely with lovely details. There is everything you need to hand in the kitchen, all appliances including a coffee machine. Our kind hosts Minoas and Aga, welcomed us with thoughtful Greek treats on arrival, which was so appreciated. When you are sat by the pool it’s so calm and serene. We had lovely weather for the end of October at 26 degrees most days. We really did not want to leave! On our last day Minoas and Aga kindly arranged a late checkout for us and cooked us a fabulous Greek lunch to say farewell before we got picked up for the airport. Nothing was too much for them, they really were the kindest and most thoughtful hosts.

It was further out than I realised. The little village near by didn’t have restaurants so you did need to drive into town.

Pool and view over the sea were amazing! The apartment was excellent, high spec, spacious and very clean. The owners were exceptionally kind and very considerate. They did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Its location is perfect, just a short distance from the heart of Rethymno, making it very convenient to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is simply stunning, with a beautiful bio garden full of fresh vegetables—such a unique and enjoyable feature. Inside the villa, everything is well thought out and fully equipped with all the necessities, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. One of the standout aspects is the serene and calm atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind. The hosts were incredible—extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond, even cooking for us, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast. It was excellent, with fresh and delicious ingredients. Everything. Minos and Aga were so welcoming. Gave us a gorgeous maze platter when we arrived. There was a lovely organic Veges garden which we could help ourselves to. Very spacious and clean and tidy villa. Air conditioning worked very well Well equiped kitchen. 2 gorgeous dogs which we could cuddle Nothing was a problem. We all loved the place and the family feel about it

A wonderful stay, once again with our hosts Minos and Aga. A warm welcome in their wonderful luxurious location. Upon request breakfast and meals in typical Cretan cuisine were prepared and enjoyed together with family and friends. We will surely return in future!

Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed very much our stay. Breakfast were very generous and delicious, highly recommended. Hosts were welcoming, very friendly and always helping us whenever we were in need - thank you again, we felt like at home :)! House and garden are beautiful, property is in calm area - perfect place to relax! With our suite and private terrace we also felt we have lots of privacy. We also were surprised by the basket with food gifts at the arrival with delicious fruits, wine and snacks. We hope to come back in the future :)

The apartment is stylish and well designed. It’s great to have a private out door space plus the use of the tranquil garden and great pool area. The hosts could not have been more generous and hospitable. House keeping provided us with clean towels and bedding half way through the week. It’s a very peaceful, relaxing setting.
