The layout of 2 separate bedrooms each with own bathroom. Good outdoor living area and the sunrise. Manager organised car rental as well as recommended local restaurants that we really enjoyed.

Whilst on bus route you need a vehicle to get around.

The villa itself is a perfect blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the minimalist yet cozy decor to the high-end amenities. The private infinity pool overlooking the caldera was the highlight of our stay — absolutely magical, especially at sunset. The bedrooms were spacious and serene, with incredibly comfortable beds and premium linens. The bathrooms were equally impressive, featuring rain showers, quality toiletries, and stunning marble finishes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — from arranging private transfers and excursions to preparing a delicious daily breakfast served on the terrace. They were always available, yet discreet, making us feel both pampered and at ease. The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Oia and Fira. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, sipping wine under the stars, or exploring the island, everything felt like a dream. We couldn’t have asked for a more luxurious and romantic escape. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking to experience Santorini at its finest. We can’t wait to return!

    All was perfect .

We stayed at Casa di Mare with our two small boys and absolutely loved it. The peaceful location right by the sea, away from the tourist crowds, was perfect for relaxing after fun but fast-paced days exploring the caldera and beach clubs. It was the ideal spot to unwind, breathe, and enjoy some quiet family time. A true hidden gem—we’d love to come back!

This might be my favourite place I have ever stayed in! I did a ton of research before coming here and read all the reviews. I’m going to provide updates to some of the earlier comments because absolutely everything about my stay was perfect! 1. Location - the location is in Imerovigli, and it’s true that there aren’t any restaurants or shops in walking distance, BUT it was so peaceful it more than makes up for that fact. The villa team provided me with a brochure for local food/grocery delivery that has a really easy online ordering system (shoutout to Ilios Bakery!). We went in May, and Fira/Oia were already so packed with tourists we were grateful to have somewhere quiet and peaceful (and beautiful!) to spend time in. We rented an ATV to get around the island which was also the perfect way to experience how beautiful it is. 2. Time - we went in May which was the perfect time for us. 20-25 degrees Celsius and sunny every day, with a great breeze from the sea. If you come during the high season (June-August) I would recommend staying in this villa even more as it’s so peaceful away from all the crowds, and the air conditioning and big windows are perfect for warmer days/nights. 3. Villa - the pictures honestly do not do it justice. Beautiful sea views, infinity pool, lots of lovely outside seating and shade when it’s sunny! We had breakfast outside every day and the food was amazing - we had omelettes, yogurt, greek treats, coffee/juice, and lots of bread and croissants. There was so much food and it was delicious :). The beds were super comfortable, there is a two person shower with great water pressure and they provided toiletries and loads of towels plus robes. There is also plenty of cookware to make your own food and a fully stocked coffee/tea area. TVs in every room with Netflix, which was great in the evening after a pool day! The saltwater pool is clean and heated. I really can’t recommend the villa more. 4.

The staff were amazing, daily maid service and breakfast. Any thing we needed they were on hand to fulfil. The property had a beautiful, heated infinity pool which over looked the sea. The sunsets every morning were stunning. We were on our honeymoon so it was the perfect secluded property that gave us privacy and time to reflect.

The location of the property meant that we had to either hire a car or pay for a taxi in to the nearest towns. The location was close to most of the large towns but the taxis were quite expensive. We hired a quad bike for 24 hours which allowed us the opportunity to get around and explore the island.

Breakfast was lovely, but I feel a menu would be a good idea as it was a little repetitive, but quality was good.

The outside eating area is lovely, but if the weather is windy, everything gets covered in sand. Think more thought to eating inside needs looking into. Otherwise a beautiful relaxing place. A car is advisable too as it's quite a remote area, but there are buses (which are cheap) and taxis, but they are quite expensive.

The Casa Di Mare was a lovely villa right on the water, which was comfortable, roomy, private and well maintained with help literally a phone call or text away. The manager as well as the caretaker were always at our disposal for anything we needed. They customized or breakfast requests and accommodated our preferences and times for breakfast delivery. The sunrises were spectacular and getting up to watch the sun rise with a coffee mug each morning was the perfect way to start the day. We loved the quiet and loved the remoteness of the location and also enjoyed taking walks on the rocky beach just steps away from the villa. Elias and Alexander were always available to help us with any questions or needs that we had. Nena, the property manager was very responsive and helped coordinate our transfers and anything we needed as well.

While being in a private villa right on the water away from the crowds and noise is amazing and wonderful, the only disadvantage was that there was nowhere to walk if we needed anything. I would recommend to anyone coming to Casa Di Mare is to have a car or be prepared to pay for taxi transfers if you want to go anywhere. There is a designated parking spot right by the villa, but we did not rent a car. That being said, whenever we needed to go anywhere, Nena, the manager was always ready to help arrange for a driver to take us into the towns for whatever we needed.

The view was incredible! This is the perfect villa for an overnight stay or for a week. It has everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was incredible. They were completely accommodating and even let us into our villa before our checkin time. If you are looking for a place to relax and just not have a care in the world, this is your spot.

I wish they would have had some type of bikes, mopeds, or side by side to rent directly from them. I think it'd be a bit easier for transportation than calling a taxi every time you need to go somewhere. This is just a suggestion for Casa di Mare. And truely this isn't a complaint. This place is a dream. It surpassed my expectations.

EVERYTHING!!!! This was the last stop of our European get-away and quickly became the highlight of the trip! When our taxi driver realized we were going to Case Di Mare, he told us we were going to the most beautiful villa in Imerovigli, and he was right! Our host waited for us to arrive and welcomed us with a smile, although our flight was super delayed and we arrived past 11PM. They made sure to have refreshments, like fruits and wine, to ease our travel frustrations. When we walked in, all we could say was "Wow"! The place is spacious, tastefully decorated, super clean and welcoming, for a family of 3 or 4. The rooms were so comfortable and quiet, it was impossible to wake up the next day. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was waiting for us at our chosen time. The pool was magic! Larger than the pictures show. Not heated (to my knowledge), but the sun did a good job heating it up. The outdoor area was addictive, because of the the view and the comfort! You'll have everything you need! Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee, a million toiletries, a barbeque grill, daily room cleaning, robes, slippers... I mean, the list goes on. Pori beach is at your doorstep. Beautiful beach! It is noticeable that the Villa cleaned up the beach for their guests. The water was clear and the villa's area was much less rocky than the surrounding shores. We wanted to have a car to move around. The villa arranged for the car rental to be delivered to our doorstep as well. I would highly recommend it, if you plan to go places. The roads are easy enough to maneuver around, except at night, in my opinion. At night, it's pitch black! Car service is expensive in Santorini. Not sure how much more I can praise this villa! I travel quite a lot and stay at many beautiful hotels and villas all over the world. Case Di Mare will remain as one of the top on my list!

The WIFI and/or cell service was non-existent at night and very spotty during the day. That is my only complaint! But... who needs WIFI when you have an infinity pool and a beach to yourself!
