There was nothing to dislike at all .

It was perfectly positioned to get out and about for walking through the small villages for lots of tavernas and little shops/bars . The hotel was so clean , the staff very friendly and the view from our room to the sea was fantastic .Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice .

It is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the wonderful town of Pskipiano. Right around the corner from the hotel was a street full of wonderful Greek restaurants and places to relax and enjoy a drink. There is also a fun Irish pub if you want a little more action. The entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. Dimitris was excellent at communicating before the stay and went above and beyond to arrange transportation from the port and other services.

There was nothing, this place was amazing.

From a location, this is probably one of the best places I have stayed in. It’s within walking distance of two other villages and the main town and beach. The staff are so helpful they go above and beyond. We didn’t meet one person that wasn’t nice to us throughout the holiday. The pools were lovely, sunbeds comfortable and the rooms were modern and immaculate. The WiFi was brilliant throughout the hotel and in our room.

Just had a week at casa blu. Could not fault the place. Ideal location and great views. All of the staff were amazing friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a superb place to stay.

There is no elevator. This however was not an issue as staff took our bags up and down the stairs. The wifi speed was disappointing. It was unusable. Not acceptable in this modern age. Coupled with the appalling cellular speed/coverage in Greece in general we virtually had no comms.

A beautifully presented property. We had a suite with a private swimming pool. It was wonderful. Staff were exceptional especially Earny (spelt phonetically & it will not be correct spelling…). I have never met anyone in hospitality with such a warm personality.

Can’t fault our stay at Casa Blu at all. It was our honeymoon so we were a bit sceptical about it being perfect but we needn’t worry as it really was perfect. We stayed in the room with a private pool and balcony and it was paradise. The staff can’t do enough for you and really make your stay exactly what you want it to be. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel was excellent. Friendly, warm and welcoming staff, everyone was keen to help from the reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and the owner. It was a lovely size, we had a room with a private pool which was amazing but also went to the main pool area where there were plenty of sunbeds and lots of room. A good size hotel and easy walking distance to the many tavernas in the villages as well as a walk down to the beach. There were planted and green areas which made all the views wonderful. Very clean all the time and the breakfast was amazing, gluten free options including bread provided and a variety of fruits, cereals, cakes and hot breakfast. Lunch was also delicious.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It's modern and spacious rooms overlooking Hersonnisos and the sea. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and modern property. Simple check-in with staff waiting on arrival and arranged transport from Heraklion Port for us. Staff treat you like family, special shout out to Terry, Ernie and Giorgios for looking after us during our stay. Nice pool and always enough sunbeds to accommodate. Breakfast was good with good selection and the food off the menu at lunch was as good as any restaurant you would go to.

It was further from the beach than we’d expected from the description and pictures. I realise it would mean employing even more staff but it’s a shame they don’t provide dinners (it’s a bar service only after 4 pm).

Outstanding rooms, two good-sized pools & most importantly, the hospitality provided by the staff was exemplary. The breakfasts & lunches were also delicious.

Casa Blu was a small and friendly modern Hotel. With lovely views out to see and the hills in the other direction.Large room with a modern bathroom area,seating,big bed and a fabulous dressing table/mini bar.
