The water slides were our main reason for booking this hotel, and half of them were closed at any one time. This was extremely disappointing!

Location couldn’t have been better. Lunch and dinner were great, breakfast not so great. Sausage and bacon were awful. Mostly staff were nice.

The bars open only at 11 AM. Untill then you can not drink anything, İ mean a juice. Water and cofee available at the main bar. The waterpark is a joke. Only a few hours open and only 1 or 2 slides operating at the same time. They say that late check out is possible if asking, but of course when İ asked for it, exactly for our room was not possible🤣

The resort is very beautiful. Plenty of good food and drink available. The room was cleaned every day. Was a pleasant vacation.

The rooms were ok. Not very comfortable and towels were stained. Sometimes the public bathrooms were quite smelly and didn’t have toilet paper. The food was fine - what you expect from an all inclusive restaurant. We booked in for the alacarte restaurants but had to wait until quite late for the booking.

The kids loved the waterpark and the all inclusive food! They couldn’t believe you could get snacks and ice creams during the day. The staff were all lovely and loved to create a fun environment. They also managed to get us into our room early which we were so grateful for.

The food is OK, not amazing, and not bad We had an issue with the drain in the shower- The water rose from the floor. The receptionist said it was fixed, but the following day the same problem still existed.

Far too long walk to the beach in 40 degrees, the bus was not working almost every second day, this is the only thing I did not like

Very clean, good variety of food, our son has lots of allergies and main chef catered for him individually so really appreciate this. Big thank you! Very friendly staff, great animation team, water park for everyone. We had an amazing time there, family of four, and room with swim up pools worth every additional penny!

The food in the restaurant was disgusting was tasteless and not much choice. The alcohol was watered down as was the soft drinks. Definitely disappointed in the food and drink.

- we bought the tickets for feryboat and we had to make the check out early in the morning, at 4 o’clock but nobody was at the reception so I had to let the key for the room and a notice near their pc’s and to go away…; - they didn’t change the towels until we asked them; - only the floor was cleaned in 7 days; - a lot of bugs in the room; - there wasn’t varied food, there was the same food for everday

Food is not great Breakfast is really bad , very poor and cheap . Not fresh at all . Lunch and dinner is edible but not delicious . Drinks are very cheap and beer is very watery. Snack bar is quite good , I mean , very junk food but tastes good. Ice cream is good too Apart from food the place is a must.

The infrastructure it is amazing . It is a beautiful place, well conserved, pools are cleaned everyday, the rooms towels and bed a changed as well . The water park is wonderful not only for kids . Many pools , so even the place being busy it is not crowded .

The glasses in the bars could have been bigger would suggest bringing some re-usable pint glasses or larger glasses with you . I wasnt too impressed with the greek ala carte restaurant as the menu to too similar to the buffet restaurant .

Excellent location waterpark was fantastic and lots of activities for children . Lots of choice for Breakfast,lunch and dinner and food was always fresh and hot. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and lots of different pools to choose from depending if you wanted to join in the fun and activities or wanted quiet time by the pool. Myself and my daughter had a massage onsite and it was amazing would highly recommend.

The beds were a bit hard. It could go with aircon in both bedrooms where it’s a family room. The bathrooms are getting dated.

We all loved the waterpark, there was a good variety of slides for different ages plus there was the wave pool and lazy river. Having a swim up pool with our room was lovely and we used that most days. The staff were brilliant, everyone worked so hard and were very warm friendly. We had an issue with our room, not actually anything that was the hotel’s fault, but they went out their way to help us and got us a different room the same day. The food was pretty good, and especially in the Italian restaurant. Overall a great holiday, it’s not a fancy 5 star hotel but it has a lot of good points and good value for money.

meal times was a bit too congested to what i am used to. some mornings there was no access to coffee and water for some mornings in the hotel. i would have liked a light duvet at night. we had a swim up room which was full most of the time but i don’t think by people staying in them and we’re being used at 11pm at night !

the location was good, easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. it was good to have different swimming pools and a water park access. snack bar was good. staff worked hard and were very friendly.
